Review 1：the pension is located in the end of the village and has great views of the mountains. our room was clean and convenient. Daniel the owner is a great host with many ideas and tips for special things to do aroud the area. he serves exelent breakfast as well. we realy loved our stay.

Review 2：A cosy wooden guesthouse with very pleasant and helpful owner. Beautiful views of Tatra peaks from top floor room.The place is close to High Tatra's main attractions in both Slovakia and Poland. Definitely recommended to any traveller, great value for money.

Review 3：The location at the far end of town, with lovely views was great. We also appreciated the shared bar fridge, microwave and kettle, which allows some self catering. Our host Daniel was welcoming and willing to give us time to explain where we could hike, even when inundated by a very large hiking group, he still made sure we were attended to. Breakfast was substantial and included freshly cooked eggs/sausages etc. Even when the large group arrived, noise was not an issue; we enjoyed our three nights here very much. Wifi was OK in our room for email, but faster in dining area for enquiries.

Review 4：There are only few little things that could be improved to make this place a paradise in my opinion. Breakfast is good, but always the same. During 8 nights stay it would be great to see some variety. Internet works great, but only in a dining room, sometimes it works in a room too, but most of the time not.

Review 5：I must say, we loved the place. Daniel and his son were such a nice hosts, helped a lot us by providing tons of information about mountains, hiking routes etc. Dinners were excellent, just the right thing after walking a whole day in the mountains, highly recommended! Rooms are cosy and the mountain view combined with a sound of a spring makes a beautiful atmosphere.

Review 14：Everything was excellent, we had a really good time in Pension Vasko. The owner was very friendly and really helpfull when we asked his advise. The breakfast was fine and great, we didn't try the dinner (maybe next time) because in Zdiar are plenty of restaurants. We really liked the dining room, because, it was a great place after a hard trip to relax there with the friends and drink a beer. The landscape was beautiful, we gladly come back!

Review 15：Only one minor complaint: for breakfast it would have been nice to haveground coffee rather than instant, and butter instead of margarine. Inall other respects the breakfast was good both in quality and quantity,

Review 16：Very clean with comfortable beds. A kettle and fridge are available inthe corridor between rooms. The owners are friendly, helpful, mostwelcoming and communicate well in Slovak, Polish and English (maybemore?). We understand that the owner can cook dinner when given priornotice, but in any case there are several restaurants in the village,the nearest being a 3 or 4 minute walk. The Vasko web site presents anaccurate picture of the establishment and its surroundings. We willcertainly return.
