Review 1：The heating is very low, especially the bathroom was freezing cold. You can heat the room with the A/C but it is too loud. The carpets were not clean. The mini bar was not working but the staff were very kind and technical unit changed it.

Review 2：Bathroom, bathtub, delicious food ordered from the room service menu, breakfast very good. Stayed in a corner superior room, great view.

Review 3：That my room was heated up to 25°C. Who can sleep at 25°C? And it took more than an hour to get it back to normal temperatures. The same after I returned from my meetings. The cleaning staff set it back to 25°C. Why? The televesion reception was quite bad - especially the sound. Who is not used to sleep with traffic noise should ask for a room not heading to the street. I don't mind about it but in the third floor it was still audible.

Review 4：Where should I start? The location, the free upgrade for a bigger room without asking for it, the nice bathtube an extra shower and of course the wonderful breakfast- everything was great!

Review 13：Swimming pool was very cold, even if it is fix temperature maybe some standard in winter which was almost max 10C, outside of the pool was freezing in winter, finally i was sick. Outside of the hotel Windows should be clean to see city from window.

Review 14：Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Reception, breakfast in restaurant and Room was very clean but out of the hotel windows should be clean cause almost not possible to see outside. The rest was good.

Review 15：1- It seems that there was a problem with their ego system because there was a very bad smell coming out of the bath tub drain so that we had to change the room on the second day but we felt the smell each time we came out of the lift at 11th floor. 2- The towels were not as clean as expected

Review 19：Service was not good in general. Coffee cups were missing from room almost every day. We had to call lobby, once we had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring coffee cups. When we called back they said hotel was full. They charged us few things from mini bar which we did not have. They corrected it after checking but It was upsetting.

Review 21：Staff attitude at front office and Spa is hostile at times and customer service poor in general. Smoke smell in room although non smoking room requested. Housekeeping cutting corners and hotel policy demanding to wear a head cover in the pool purchasing one from them. Asking to pay a 300 lira (approx £85) deposit at check in against the possible use of mini bar.

Review 23：The rooms are very noisy. The sound insulation between rooms is poor: When someone talks on the phone in the next room, it's like you are next to him. The sound insulation on the façade is also poor. It's hard to understand how an architect can imagine a 5* hotel without thinking about the traffic noise coming from the avenue in front of the hotel.

Review 25：Room interior design was a joke. Bathtub was located next to bed. Toilet and shower quality was so poor, nothing different than using public restroom half door open. Requested room change. Upgraded to next level, room was more spacious than the first one with proper bathroom. however, A/C was not strong enough to stay chill in the room during the day.

Review 33：because of sun shining on the room's tall and wide windows, temperature goes up to 30 centigrade and air condition couldn't make any changes!and stuff has just one solution: change your room to other side! so you should stay one side in the mornings and after many hours pack your luggage and go to another room at the other side of the hotel!!

Review 35：At first we couldn't decide which hotel to book in for our 3 days in Ankara, but finally we decided to go for Rixos and we were glad with our choice. When we arrived, we were professionally greeted by the reception staff, we got a free room upgrade, and the room was really spacious and comfortable, and the house keeping was professional. In our stay we decided to try out the drinks in the lobby and were up to standards. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara as you will get the value of your money and more.

Review 36：The staff left much to be desired. I travel to Turkey regularly and stay at five star hotels, but here service fell terribly short. Check-in and check out were quite difficult as English was an issue. Attitude was not adequate and a bit too frowny. And one got the impression one is inconveniencing them. The language issue is a big problem and should be addressed especially since ankara hosts all the embassies. There was no personal touch whatsoever which I appreciate and expect from hotel of this caliber.

Review 37：A big and very convenient hotel in central ankara. It is close to pretty much everywhere you are likely to go. There is a taxi stand in front of the hotel so it is perfectly convenient. The hotel has an excellent gym and pool and an in house hair salon, all of which I found very convenient as I had little time to go around town. The rooms are big and the bathrooms huge, most including a jacuzzi tub. Clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Room service prompt and the food was adequate. I found the price of the hotel to be fair.

Review 46：Location gives you more access to downtown and you may even walk down tot the heart of city on foot. Hotel Taxi is always waits for you. The most thing you can be surprised is the 'bathtube' which has 'SPA Massage' function. Just put some salt in and put yourself for a half hour then you feel you get freshed. I woun't choose any other hotel in Ankara than 'RIXOS'.

Review 119：Every taxi driver can find the 'Rixos Hotel' even if they cannot read a map or speak any English. Don't underestimate how important that can be in Ankara! The location is relatively central to the parliament and embassy. The rooms are well appointed and many of the hotel staff spoke enough English to communicate with us.
