Review 1：Reception staff were very rude and not helpful at all! Aggressive in their way of taking to customers! Cleaning staff need to take care of their own body hygiene as each time they've been into our room we had to keep doors open to get rid of their bad smell! Rooms were very old, fridge was blowing hot air rather than cold! Toilet was never cleaned during my whole stay! The room was full of ants, the door lock wasn't working!!

Review 2：The spa staff were really friendly and helpful, provided 5 stars service to the customers.

Review 3：The room was adequate and clean but not up to standard expected. No mirrors apart from in bathroom and insufficient sockets. Maid service poor, fridge not re-stocked every day.

Review 7：The only bad thing in hotels is the market for swimming tools. He is a cheater & he is a lier. I think the hotel manager should do restrictions & rules for him. e.g. fixed prices, also not lying on people. Yours sincerely

Review 9：The view of the room- autopark and storage rooms. The room was not as shown in the pics. The food was so-so. I wish all-inclusive concept will be abandoned in the future. The less variety, the more quality. I also didn't like the food smell surrounding the resort. There were a couple of technical problems: the doors could not be closed, the walls were damp. The architecture is not suitable for rainy weather. We couldn't eat in the fish restaurant because it was rainy and the roof was open. The waiters didn't let us take our food to the main restaurant. And it was so noisy at night! I went there to have some rest, but had to listen to silly animation shows. I also didn't like the food queues and sometimes it was difficult to find an empty table.

Review 13：time schedule for service in breakfast, dinner e.g were very strick. For example because it past 5 min, no service for tea in breakfast. In an empty a la carte restaurant because of Half hour delay our reservation is cancelled.Even we inform reception 2 times we couldn't get shower gel to room.

Review 18：Rooms are average, in US it would never get 5 stars, most likely 3. Very simple furniture and noisy old-type air conditioner. Food is also average, pretty much the same every day. Do not take mixed drinks from poolsite bar, they probably make ice from tap water and every drink tastes soapy :(

Review 19：Hotel's grounds are great, beautiful pools and fantastic water slide that would turn anyone into a screaming kid... staff is most helpful and accommodating. Beach is great if you dont mind pebbles. you have to keep in mind that all the resorts in this area from Orange County to Rose have the beach of the same type. Nice kid's club with the separate little pool.

Review 20：The swimming pools were too small. It was mentioned in the booking.com that there is bowling in the resort but there was not. When i asked them why, they told me that it is present in other branches of crystal resorts. Erda sent me e-mail confirming that Taxi will be waiting for me in the airport but there was not. They refused to let my wife swimming in the swimming pool with her Islamic suitcase although it is expensive Speedo one and this information was not mentioned in booking.com and many of Russian boys were swimming in the swimming pool by their T-shirts. This hotel does care except about Russian guests

If you want to enjoy balcony do not close the door outside ifyou close the door by exident. You locked yourself outside. Alacarterestorant rezervation policy: You can have a dinner in alacarterestorant for one night during your stay. But it is not always the case.If the restorant is fully booked during your case you cannot have that.(Like in our case) i̇ndoor pool: It is not indoor pool. Some part ofpool is outside. Poor minibar: Minibar is very poor. Inside the minibaris below a can of coke a can of fanta Two bottle of water i̇f you arelucky one bottle of mineral water

Review 57：Hotel is very close to the beach. You can always eat or drink somethingduring the day. Meals are generaly good. Grilled turkey was very good.

Review 58：We booked a room with sea view but they gave us a room that hardly seee the sea. Dont give more money for the sea view room. It is useless..They dont know what is twin bed , they have problem with orginising rooms.

Review 67：I liked it very much. I stayed there only 1 night to see if I like it to come with my family for 10 nights. I loved its being right by the see and the otherside kemer road. in the evening after eating I had a walk to the town it was very nice having all the local shops closer. in the morning at 6:30am I ran towards the town an the mountains for an hour. when I came back jumped into the sea it was extremely warm and clean. I look forward going there soon. by the way night bartender's mohitos are the best. I did not like it daytime. there are lots of activities you have to visit.
