Review 1：The staff was extremely professional. The food was absolutely amazing. The area around the hotel was well maintained and very neat. Spending time inside the room was as pleasure well, the room was spacious, clean vary bright.

Review 2：I will never go back to this hotel. The hotel has potential butunfortunately wasted.- Front Desk Manager was so rude by check in, that he just probably forgot where he works - Deluxe room (I do not want to know what a standard room is) this is a disaster. I think that more than 570 zł per night, is not less and commits to something and check in to a room that does not occur, it is dark as in the basement because it was at the entrance to the hotel, with a bathroom for disabled people which for usual guests is not too comfortable especially shower. Main lights in the room did not work only small lights and light in the bathroom. The smell in the room was also not existing. - Swimming pool, which is one of the major attractions at the hotel is not fully functional because after asking Staff or may include massage jets, he said No, because just it doesn't work and cut off discussion. - Men at entrance who is responsible for parking he made me a favour, that gave me a place at the hotel - We made a check out the same day and FDA didn't even asked what's happened when I told him that we are not happy about hotel.

Review 6：Room deluxe with empty minibar. Bathroom without accessories, just handsoap on the wall. Showergel empty. Moreover bed was not done. Looks like that rooms was not prepared for our arrival. Room furnishings really hold. All hotel staff is so far to be kind and friendly and do several visible mistakes. SPA was not working at all (wet sauna off, dry sauna temperature not as described in hoter website, pool was cold - water and ambient). Bar staff rude, slow and maybe not experienced. Breakfast was included but something is considered extra: orange juice 10zl!!! For free only water. Not acceptable for 5* hotel on this price.

Review 8：breakfast wasn't that great, wish there was more fruit available, jacuzzi was too cold, room was a bit cold when we first arrived but reception dealt with it and it was warm for rest of visit.

Review 9：cheap offseason price, loved the view from balcony room, loved the steam room and "flower" room, nice pool area. love the beach location. staff listen to any complaints/problems and is dealt with swiftly.

Review 10：I did not like the fact that the room was not cleaned particularly well or tidied up. They seemed to do the bare minimum and we lived with a sofa bed permanently piled up in the middle of the room for the 5 days we were there. It was not easy to reassemble every day and as we were part of a wedding party with guests visiting it was not convenient.

Review 12：Hotel is only 2 stars worth.It is located at the end of the world.Hardto get there, after dark. No parking free available, only very expensiveplaces.Hotel stuff cold,unproffessional the same as those cold and darkrooms..Very expensive prices for only hotel rooms.We prefer apartments,no more hotel rooms !

Review 13：Staff was nice but incompetent and very badly trained. Breakfests were very poor with lots of old food which should not be served in any (not only 5 stat) hotel. Spa smelled badly and was full of strange noises of airconditioning and running water in piping system. Our room was not cleaned and staff informed us that we had to let them know to clean our room!!! One of the stair steps in the lobby is aperently higher than the other ones which makes people fall at the top of the stairs!!!!!
