Review 1：Staff was rude, the place didn't have anything booking.com said they had and also their was constant fees after the pricing from the booking.com there is more but we were not happy

While not the most modern, spiffy, spotless it is a great deal and the staff know me and consistently accommodate my request for the specific rooms that I find to be most convenient and comfortable. Review 5：Whenever someone walked in the unit above me the floor creaked. The "breakfast"was laughable, a prepackaged danish and coffee. Not worth it. The bathroom was extremely tiny, a large person would have had issues. The digital tv was not working, got maybe 6 channels.

Review 9：Biggest problem was that I could not get the shower to work, despite many attempts to push the handle different ways. So I had a night with no hot shower. In morning the male receptionist told me I should have yanked harder to pull out the shower faucet. But there was no notice on the shower that told us to yank very hard, and noone answered the phone at the front desk when I called down to ask how to turn on the shower. I was very upset not to have a hot shower at this motel. The male receptionist did not seem interested or concerned or understanding when I told him about it the next morning. They should have given me a credit on the price of the motel because the shower did not work. I will not stay here again. I'm too mad at what happened. Second problem was that the breakfast was skimpy and unsatisfactory. Just some sweet rolls n cellophane wrappings.

Review 10：Free wifi, free airport shuttle, clean, fairly close to airport, reasonable price. BUT ...big problem with the shower (see next section).....

Review 11：Lost all power to the room twice in one night. Although the staff resolved the problem by changing something in the power closest, they weren't very pleasant about being bothered with the problem. There was no maid service on the day we were gone all day touring

Review 12：Andre, the desk clerk, was extremelly cheerful and helpful. Took care of reservations for the Seattle and Boeing tours and even got our Early Bird Southwest boarding passes for us when we were touring all day.

Most impressed by America’s best Value Inn chain this tour, but not with this one!

Review 28：Only one person on staff during early check-in. The airport pickup van had tattered and slightly broken seats. To our surprise when we got to the hotel, we had to wait until the driver (who was pleasant by the way) to offload the van (there were another 4 persons checking in), open the office and then check us in. Yes, one single employee was on duty and we saw no security.

Didn't get much sleep after all the arrival hassles.

Review 78：Street traffic noise bothersome, near a jet runway so jet noise was very apparent. No parking allocated to guests so I had to cram my car into the general parking with park 'n fly vehicles.

We had a full refund after we e-mailed our complaints, and the night manager was able to tell us this as we were leaving. So that was very good. The staff were helpful in providing the necessary e-mail address to contact. Others in our party had much nicer rooms which obviously had been refurbished.

There was no hanging rod for the toilet paperto hang on so we had to hold the roll in our hand and unroll it in orderto get toilet paper. I would probably stay there again (in a pinch) butI would not take my wife there again.
