Review 1：The staff at the reception were very rude and unwelcoming. We booked 2 rooms one twin and one there beds room but we were given a double and three bed room. When we asked for changing the room, the lady said we have used the room so we can't change it but Infact we had just arrived. So it was very unprofessional and ride from her. Also the Internet is very slow.

Review 3：wireless network does not allow you to use gaming sites including twitch.tv which was a big minus for us. aside from that i think the ingridients that were used for the breakfast was somehow low quality

Review 7：The Valet made an accident with my car. I am unable to further comment on this, or on how it was handled... I am still traumatized! Do not try to order food, even if you speak Turkish. There is NO WAY to get what you ordered. One morning, we went down for breakfast, and we discover that "since there are only few people at the hotel, there is no buffet breakfast today" (breakfast was included in our room rate and was not refunded!!!)

I had to call reception everyday to have the amenities sent to my room The "spa and fitness center" are not managed by the hotel. They are filthy dirty, smelly, underground without any ventilation system, with non-English-speaking staff: I literally ran away

Review 37：The AC in the room did not work properly. Thus the room is hot during our stay. The receptionists should be more friendly and helpful. City maps and information on places to visit are not available at all.

Review 47：Despite I picked a NON-SMOKING room from booking.com, the hotel gave us a room which was smelling like cigarettes. There was just one non-smoking floor in the hotel, which was weird.

Review 48：I stayed at the room which they call as the "Junior Suite" which is just a bit more expensive than the others. I can say that it was even very comfortable and quite spacious. It had two TVs in room (needs maintenance), a minibar, and a large hot tub with massage (jacuzzi). If you are a smoker (we are not), you can be happy to hear that smoking is allowed on many floors of the building.

Review 49：Staff was friendly and we checked in at 7 AM however our check in time was 14:00. When I asked one double bed, he looked at us and smiled and said sure. (we were two guys)
