Review 1：Electronic key requires to be quickly inserted and pulled out, otherwise the front door does not open at night: took me 20-30 attempts the first night

Review 2：We didn't like the room not having an airco. There was a fan provided, but that wasn't sufficient to cool the room.

Review 6：For the next two years, the city of Spa is working at the square in front of the hotel. Especially the noise was disburting.

Review 7：Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Also the location is a big advantage. If possible, we'll definitely come back next year.

Review 8：We have very much enjoyed our stay and came to the conclusion that all personnel act in such a way that family businesses are run . The room was spacious enough with the right amenities and clean .All personnel was curtuous and helpful at all times. The restaurant food at the grounfloor excellent and the breakfast good ( could be improved with the provision of fried eggs and all cereal bread to become an excellent brekfast ) .For those interested in going for the spa uphill the location of the hotel is very convenient as it is some 50 meters form the lift leading to the spa . The parking for the clients proved very convenient as well as it is located close by . Just to say that after the initial surprise of finding out that to reach the reception of the hotel you have to enter by the restaurant entrance ( which is quite unsusual) staying at this hotel proved a very pleasant experience. No doubt we will come back next time we decide to stay a couple of nights in Spa .

Review 9：We booked in advance but were not told that the road in front of the hotel had been dug up obstructing access and reducing parking. The had wash basin was in a different room to the toilet. The basin did not drain properly. One morning on leaving I put my hand on the front door handle and it was stained by chemicals being used for cleaning. I was offered a scrap of dirty rag and no apology. I would expect any decent hotel to do better than this.

Review 11：Coffee machine did not work, wifi did not work in the room, 5 minutes of water wasted in the shower before hot water came out of the shower. Upon arrival waited 10 minutes till the lady was going to show us to the room. When she finally came, she did not show us to the room, but we did find it ourselves. No bottle of water complimentary.

Review 60：Very bizarre and cramped entry to the hotel (you have to squeeze withyour luggage through guests in the restaurant and through a tiny backdoor next to the bar and a tiny stairway. There is no elevator. There isnot even a proper reception. In fact, it's difficult to believe thisplace is called Best Western.

We did not get the room with wooden floor and flat screen TV which we had booked, but they put us up in a separate part of the hotel with apartment style residences. Maybe the rest of the hotel was fully booked? So we got a living room and a bedroom, which we did not really need. Ugly carpet and green walls. Shower, even though a nice rain shower, leaked all the way into the hallway. The lift was very old. The room number was partially missing.

Review 70：A lovely friendly hotel in a great location. Comfy beds, big rooms. The a la carte menu isn't cheap but it's fab food. There is a suggestion of the day menu which is good value. I would really recommend this hotel and it's sister hotel La Fleurie.

Review 71：The hotel was very central in Spa close to the shops and restaurants,and only 10km from Spa Francochamp Race track which is why we werethere. The rooms are very modern and clean with views over the squareand had all the facilities you would need. The restaurant was nice andthe food was good. The breakfast was continental and adequate. The staffwere courteous, perhaps a little reserved but helpful. We woulddefinately stay there again.
