Review 1：This hotel cannot be considered a 5 star hotel because the quality of products in breakfast, toiletries, towels, etc. Is poor. Bathroom shower is so bad that it takes an effort to get a bath. Furniture in balcony is good quality wood but without any cushions which means u cannot sit there for more than fifteen minutes as your bottom will be sore. What this hotel needs is a real five star management and products and will be an excellent facility.

Review 2：The setting of the hotel is very good but the management of the hotel is poor.

Review 3：The hotel was older than shown on the photos, no internet access in the room only through pre-paid card, which did not work in the room and the aircon did not work and the room was damp. The facilities did not represent the 5 star price and we were glad we were only booked for 2 nights ....sadly needs an upgrade and more money spent to make it the 5 star it claims to be.

Review 4：location - this is not on Jomtein beach. Beach is not good at all. Service is not of 5 star class. Most of the staff do not understand english. It takes almost 20-30 mins to get a bottle of water. Too far and expensive. Lower floors have mosquitoes & insects.

Review 9：We have been more than 5 times in this hotel within last 3 years.it is a really unique hotel with salty water in the swimming pool. Those swimming pools have become clearer than last summer. The sea is quite acceptable and even one of the best in PaPattaya.the hotel is quite cosy and homely. Rev a restaurant has been improved . It was really bad during 3 years.

Review 10：The service is bad as a 5 star resort. And I would like to complaint the booking.com. I traveled with my husband and daughter,the hotel didn't charge us extra for the child, but I have to pay extra for the child's breakfast,I accepted but as I booked the room through booking.com, I have to pay more for the breakfast (411b instead of 265b for normal guest),I really don't understand why.

Review 12：Staffs were nice and friendly but some of them were not listen carefully of customer required. Still has to purchase internet package for high speed wifi connection, anyone use 3G was fine but it was not convenience enough.

Review 13：It was not my first time to stay here, I had booked a superior room but upon checked in they'd upgrade me to Family Suit Room without request due to the hotel was high occupancy and also I was a single traveler with short stay, thank you very much.. The room was clean, comfortable with hotel facilities and location is very convenient.

Review 16：Staffs in the reception counter were not experienced enough. They made mistakes but they do not know how to apologize to clients. Foods were below standard. Internet was available on on pay basis and the information regarding the duration of use was misleading so that we had to buy for more time slots.

Review 18：No free wifi not even in the reception area. Shuttle bus service only went to Pattaya central. The hotel is located in Na Jomtien not Jomtien Beach. Location is great if you have a car or can afford the 400 baht taxi service into Pattaya or Jomtien beach every day.

Review 19：Hotel was set back off the main road and provided privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Staff were very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable and pool was lovely.

Review 20：The beach looked clean, but when looking closer we could find lots of cigarette buts and beer caps and cans. We even found sewing needles. There was many travel groups there, so it was very crowded at breakfast time.

Review 21：The hotel is right on the beach. The swimming pool has salty water. The view from the 6th floor is very nice. The hotel is only 5 km from the city, but feels like you are away from the city.

Review 23：The hotel location is great, close to the beach. The kids can swim in the pool and build the sandcastle. The beach area is quite clean comparing to others in Pattaya. Hotel area and rooms are also clean. The hotel staffs are friendly and polite. We love this hotel.

Review 24：We stayed at a villa no.1002. We had a problem with a doorknob; the one that we needed to insert with key card to open. It should be fixed or changed because you could open the door when you wanted to go out. But you couldn't open it from outside. That's quite terrible. We'll see if they will fix it or not when we come back next time.

Review 25：All the staff are friendly, polite and willing to help whatever you'd like. They have a huge parking area and big swimming pools. There is a convenient shop in front of the hotel. The landscaping, gardening and decorating is excellent, too. We'll come back.

Fantastic pools about 4 to choose from, several restaurants too! Great prices. The best food at the beach one I have to say! Breakfast choice is amazing. Have stayed twice now and will return again when my work takes me there.

Review 30：Always in Thailand, the beds are a little hard, recommend asking for a topper. Also at the price charged, the wifi should be included as stayed at a few places in Thailand and this was the first that I had to pay for the wifi

Review 79：The kid room is so small and not many things for kids to play in. The playground is located in the very front of the lobby so it's far away from other facilities.. So no one use it. Ther are various choices of meal for breakfast but it's too sweet. I thinks that the chef used too many seasoning power that got SMG within it. So all thai food taste the same..with a bit sweet. Hope that they can stop using it.

Review 80：The hotel is no nice and clean. We can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the salt pool all day. The room is so comfortable with enough space for the family. There are three swimming pools here so there always be the space for you in the pool. The fitness room is fine. Many equipment to try on. There is pharmacy and 7-11 in front of the hotel.
