The staff was very friendly and the valet team was very courteous and quick at bringing the car up. The staff at breakfast and Starbucks was wonderful and made our food to order.

Review 15：The location was perfect for Midwest Haunters Convention, the rooms were very comfortable, the coffee given with the coffee maker was Starbucks, and the staff was very polite.

Review 16：We stayed in a corner King room and I though it was very small and oddly shaped. There was poop on the wall by the toilet and the toiletries were not replaced, the lotion bottle was almost empty. On our second night our room keys stopped working and the front desk staff didn't seem to really care or give an explanation. It was an inconvenience for who just wanted to get into the room after a very long, hot day.

Review 17：The location was pretty good. Many things within walking distance and close to a bike rental area which we took advantage of.

Review 18：I asked for a late check out and was taking a nap and too my surprise there was a man and his wife standing over me. The front desk booked my room to someone else dispite me asking for a late check out. I thought accidents happen, until About 45 minutes later a staff member came in and was in the bathroom changing the toilet paper. Wow! I'm outta here!

Review 20：My friend and I came for the WHO/Joan Jett show at the NationwideArena. The hotel was two small blocks over. The room was clean, neat,and the beds were amazing! The food in the second floor restaurant wasfreshly prepared and truly delicious - all three meals were wellprepared - worthy of Chef Ramsey! And our serving person each time(sorry, I forgot her name!!!) was a young osu student - she was veryfriendly, personable, intelligent, funnny, and a Libra as well. She madeour trip almost as memorable as the concert.

Woke at 3:00 am to a roller noise above. This went on for 2 hours. $150 per night for a tiny, dark room was too much. No breakfast included. $25 per night parking was too much. Asked for an upper room with a view of downtown and I got a view of the roof of the next building. I could see High Street if I stood at the far right of the window.
