Review 2：Excellent location directly opposite the bus and train station, while at the same time being only 5 minutes’ walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes from the historic area. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was leaving early in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered me several rolls and a drink to take with me.

Review 3：Very minor! This visit it was winter and it would have been nice if there was an extra blanket or thicker quilt. I suppose i could have turned up the room thermostat...

Review 4：Breakfasts are excellent, staff are absolutely superb. Rooms clean and comfortable. The availability of bikes to borrow is a nice addition and makes the stay in Uppsala much more enjoyable. This is my third stay here and I will be back in a few months

Review 6：The walls were not very soundproof, so I got up when others started taking their morning showers around 6.30. Mainly business travellers as I stayed from Sunday to Monday, so no partying or any inappropriate noise though.

Review 18：I've stayed here a number of times and everything has been great. Breakfast is outstanding - healthy and filling. The rooms are fine and I even find I can work well in the limited space of a single room. Love the free bicycles - wish they had a few more, but reserving one was easy. The staff is great and let you store baggage if you are traveling out of Uppsala and then returning. I know there may be better hotels, but the price, location, breakfast and service can't be beat.

Review 21：The view to the inside of a supermarket was a bit unexpected. The wi-fi connection was not very good sometimes.

Review 22：The facilities were very good. The room was well equipped with a hairdryer, iron,iron board and mini-bar. It is close to the train station and you can even book the sauna all for yourself for one hour. The breakfast was also very well supplied with gluten free and lactose free items. They also provide an evening buffet during the week.

Review 23：One of the ladies at the front desk was quite rude. We were three persons trying to check-in quite early, before the check-in time. As a rutine, when a hotel does not have a room ready they are nice to explain you that. But this time she explained that there was 1 room available and therefore she couldn't check us all in. So I tried to get that room while approaching one of the other ladies, and she turned to her and spoke in Swedish, telling to her co-worker to not to let me check-in. Isn't it rude to talk in another language in front of the guests specially when they are denying a service and the guest can actually speak Swedish?

Review 24：During the night, they have a complementary dinner. Even though is not a huge dinner it still pretty nice service from the hotel, specially if you're a person that does not really need a big dinner.

Review 29：When we requested at the reception to add the miles to our miles & more frequent flyer card (Best Western hotels are part of this program & therefore you can collect miles with every hotel stay), they claimed they were unable to do this with the reason being that we had made the booking through booking.com, rather than with Best Western directly. We were unconvinced by this explanation and would note that other chain hotels (also booked through booking.com) have added miles to the same card without any discussion during the trip.

Review 30：The hotel is part of the Best Western chain but seems to be a local franchise. It is decorated in a local style, for example the headrest to the bed was decorated with runic patterns and the lobby of the hotel finished in similar style. The room was nicely decorated and big with large windows, which gave the room a bright air. Very comfy large bed and sofa’s to chill out. Location of the hotel is ideal opposite the train & bus station. Breakfast was excellent, with herring, avocado & cottage cheese crispbread & freshly squeezed orange juice (you have to squeeze it yourself, but they have provided a machine for it) and generally a wide choice in a very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Review 31：Excellent location with friendly staff. The free coffee, water and snacks at the lobby is a fantastic idea as guests sometimes need a quick bite and drink when returning late or going out very early. Or simply something to eat in the middle of the night. The breakfast was great too.

Waterpark nearby and also the Viking king graves only a short bus ride away. Carl Linneus gardens and summer house also nearby.

Review 50：We booked a suite which was described on booking.com as a three-person suite with a sofa in addition to a double bed but in fact what we got was a two person (king size bed) suite with kitchenette. No room for lounging about on a sofa. The lighting was inadequate and made the room dark and gloomy both in the day and at night. The bed was too soft for our liking.

Review 51：The best thing about Nuru Ziya Suites hotel is its central and quiet location. It is close to two metro stations and the T1 tramway and makes getting around Istanbul very easy.

The breakfast had much variety and was delicious. They also had a dinner included in the price of the booking. The location couldn't be better, only 100m from the central station and only 5 minutes walking (or less) from the city center. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

It would also be great for visiting the sights in Uppsala. Fro me it worked out great. The breakfast was very good - best bacon I've had in a European hotel breakfast - even better than Prague!

Review 73：This is a nice and, for the local standards, not-too-expensive hotel, but the classification as 4-star is preposterous. My (single) room felt small and cramped. The bathroom in particular was minuscule, a larger person than me would have had trouble sitting on the toilet. All the furniture and the appliances looked old and *extremely* basic. The closet was less than a meter wide, with just one rack to hang clothes and a useless shelf on the top. On the first night, I found suspicious stains on the sheets right where I was supposed to lay my face, and I had to ask for new ones. To be fair, everything was functioning, and I am sure that the sheets had been washed, but in a 4-star hotel you would expect newer stuff and a much higher attention to this kind of details.

Review 74：Convenient location in front of the station. Very quiet room facing an inner yard. Excellent breakfast, well-stocked minibar, fast wifi. Overall, good value for money.

Review 75：Often like this in Best Western Hotels, old and cheap furniture and specially low quality material in the small bathroom make you fee like you are in a student room. The breakfast of course is not surprisingly with the same disappointment : expect the bare minimum, cheap ingredients (some sort of "juice" and ham, cookies..), it s all there but with the quality of the things you would buy if you were a broke student.

Although the hotel is located at a main street the rooms are very silent. A super market (Helmköp) is just a few steps away. A computer and a printer are available for public use in the lobby.
