Review 1：The room was stinky. I think the issue was with the kitchen or the trash and the smell was filling into the room. They need to take care of that as it was very disturbing. Also, they advertise as having a pool and kids playground. During winter they don't have these available.

Review 11：The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, and you are stuck paying inflated prices for things like water. It would be great if there were a bakkal and some transportation to a place where public transport is accessible. The staff was generally inflexible: we would have much preferred the easy-going, accommodating nature of the staff at a lower budget hotel. The hotel is nothing special, but the staff seemed to think there was a reason for being snobby. From the minute we walked in, the staff was trying to upgrade us for a price. We were also extremely unhappy to be woken up at 4:15 AM by a phone call from Tuna at the reception desk because our door was ajar. Our door was padlocked, so there was no real danger of anyone entering. If he had really been concerned, it would have been great for him to have just pulled the door shut. After being woken up, we didn't get much sleep.

Review 13：We were visiting our daughter studying at Bilkent University. It was the best and perhaps the only alternative we had. Still, it was vary satisfactory.

Review 20：The location of the hotel is far away from the city. You need to take a taxi to reach the closest food place (if you do not prefer to eat at the hotel facilities) which is a shopping center. The hotel is some expensive.

Review 21：I stayed in the attic room and it was a perfect lovely environment to stay. The room is equipped with everything you need. It offers a nice desk to study. The bed is very comfortable for a excellent sleep. It is very clean and modern designed. Breakfast is rich with variety of choices not only for Turkish but also for international guests. The staff is friendly and solution oriented. It is a nice hotel for conference organization as well.

Review 23：Spa centre was very relaxing and staff was very concerned about comfort of the guests. Breakfast was very nice, especially the breakfast restaurant had a very nice garden view.

Review 24：I stayed there (6 nights) only because it is the hotel closest to METU, where I attended a conference. The hotel is nice, but far away from everything: even for reaching METU, taxi is mandatory. Nothing within walking distance. In general, service was good and friendly, but with some ups and downs: it took me two days and several requests to have new water bottles placed in the minibar after I had used those available. After I used the shoeshine sponge on second day, it was never replaced. In the restaurant, sometimes service was excellent and prompt, in some other cases waiters were overwhelmed (not entirely their fault, to be honest: they were definitely not lazy). On one evening, while I was served promptly, a lady with a child was completely overlooked: I was about to intervene on her behalf. Still, I have definitely found my stay to be a pleasant one, despite minor irritations. If I had again a conference at METU, I would consider staying there again.

Review 25：Rather QUIET HOTEL and a green garden between the building and the swimming pool. The room (top floor) was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. It was well-appointed. AC was probably the best I ever found in an hotel room (I refrain as much as possible from using AC, but it was so hot under the roof that I had to, except when sleeping): non intrusive, non disturbing, very well devised, no sore throat. Splendid breakfast buffet. Nice restaurant food insofar Turkish cuisine is concerned. Taxis always available (needed due to location).

Review 26：Hotel far from city center and no infrastructure around (no restaurants, no bars, no shops); Bilkent Center (shopping mall ca. 15 min. foot walk) no real alternative for downtown flair. Hotel hosted a wedding party on Thursday night which meant pool closed earlier without prior announcement, loud music until midnight.

Review 84：I stayed twice at this hotel. Both times, I had problem with the A/C (broken both times) and could not sleep first nights of my stays. I had to ask three times before they put a child bed in my room. When I report a problem in the morning, and ask for the outcome in the evening when I return to hotel, the receptionist was not aware of my complaint because the morning staff did not pass the message to him during shift.

Another staffperson figured out how to do that, but it took awhile.Most of the waiters in the hotel restaurant speak little English, so it was difficult to discuss food and wine choices with them.

Review 95：Room 1530 had air conditioner that did not work to cool down the room =26c throughout the night, and I had to open the window. When you checkin, make sure you ask about a/c in your room as even in winter itcan get pretty warm without one.

Review 96：It's the second time I stay at this place, due to business at thenearby University. For traveling to/from campus, this is the bestlogistic choice. As to the airport, it takes about 45 minutes one-way.The hotel is a bit old but in good condition. Good breakfast withhealthy choices. And excellent massage services at the spa. I wouldrecommend any of the 1.30-2.30 hour programs. Free WiFi is availablethroughout the hotel.
