Review 1：Everything was comfortable and clean, excellent and helpful staff. So close to all the awesome bars and restaurants . Andaz will be my first choice for future visits to savannah.
Review 2：Negative experience at check in when I was lied to by an unfriendly person at registration. I asked for a room on an upper floor and was told none were ready. After checking into my room which had a severely broken piece of furniture I was immediately moved to an upper floor room by a much more gracious host. Also, the hotel is right off of a square where outdoor rock music is played until 1 in the morning on Saturday night.

Review 7：The location and decor of the hotel embodies the style of Savannah--love it! But the staff and service are amazing! From the valet, front desk, server, to facilities staff--every single person went out of their way for you. I travel extensively for work and pleasure and I will always come back here when anywhere near Savannah!!

Review 9：My wife and I stayed in the King Loft Room for 1 night and we were VERY pleased!! The room looked just like the photos (very clean and beautiful), the staff was awesome (they took care of every request we had quickly) and the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be back for another stay at the Andaz.
Review 10：The bed had only a sheet wrapped comforter and no other sheet or blanket. It was way too warm for an August night. I had to request a sheet and also finally figured out how to take the comforter out of the sheet covering. Way too much work for a vacation! Everything else was very nice!
