Review 1：Smell of food in reception area The restaurant was not clean Terrible noise in the night time due to a beach club located in close vicinity Small rooms No water pressure

Review 2：Wifi service is really bad, it gets disconnected every 2 min and then another hotspot , then another...i have to connect every 2-5 min. Only reception area we could have good connectivity. Also, i wanted to stay for one more night which i request at the time of booking, but no support was given properly and in the end said, you have to check out.

Review 24：furniture is very dated and drapes and carpets need to be re-done. the only real issue i had with the hotel was the bedding. the bed itself was "acceptable" but for a 4 star hotel i would expect a little more than a thin polyester blanket.

Review 25：wasn't expecting too much from the hotel, as it was difficult to find a good one in mamaia. i stayed in a suite and it was comfortable enough, plenty of space and a great view of the beach.

Review 26：Even including that fact that it was the end of the season, we realy enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and tried to help in every way. Excellent location, everything was clean and tidy.

Review 29：We had all inclusive option, but the selection and quality of food during the dinner was sooooo poor that after trying it once, we were started to go out to eat in the restaurants. The level of service is quite low in general. Many of the staff members do not understand basic English, which should not be the case in a 4* hotel.

Review 31：The food was romanian traditional food, so it's not good for asiantraveller. And there was few fruits even at breakfast time. And we haveto pay for the beach sunbed fee. I think the hotel should cover the fee.And the next door Kudo's night bar was really noisy all over the day24 hours. It's crazy noisy, so, we couldn't sleep well. And somany people visited, the hotel clerks were really busy and the serviceswas not good.

Review 32：The beach side sunbed guy was really nice and helpful. I reallyappreciate it. And in the swimming pool, they give some snacks likehotdog and pizza for free of charge. It was good. And aquarobic time wasvery nice.

Review 38：Poor price/quality ratio - a two stars hotel advertised as a fourstars. The staff was unfriendly and rude. The bathroom had a soapdispenser like in a public toilet. The central heating pumped only coldair (during springtime). When we checked out we were delayed untilsomeone checked the room and made sure that we hadn't stolenanything - very embarrasing experience.
