Review 1：The roofs of the rooms look old and unclean - they can be changed to cleaner looking ones. The glasses in the room were left directly on the unplugged refrigerator - that looked rather sloppy.
Review 2：The bed was very comfortable and there was a bug screen on the window. The staff was also very welcoming!

Review 4：The cleanning lady of the 8 floor was so kind and so gentle. General the place and the condition of the hotel is good.
Review 5：The location is far from town unless you have a car . Rooms at the back overlook an industrial site. Tags restaurant want open when I was there and so no breakfast available which was inconvenient as no shops or restaurants around hotel at all. Considering everything , the room rate was very cheap and if you just want a one night transit hotel em route to somewhere else it's a pretty good deal, lots if free parking space too.

Review 19：The food in the resturant was bad. The sesam chicken filet was raw inside, other filtes and steaks ordered by our group were very dry. If you go there, do not eat there! One can find better places in Plovdiv for the same price.

Review 23：Hotel room was sweltering hot on arrival, could not open windows/ doors as fronted right on to busy main road. Rather bizarre was the fact that the appartement was basically split into a main bedroom with double bed and a single/ spare room with single put-u-up, The air conditioning unit was mounted in the spare room so had no effect whatsoever in main bedroom. Sweltered all night long and with voices from adjoining room till early hours, not a good night! In the Morning the air con unit had water pouring from it all over the sofa. The carpets in both rooms were badly marked and the rain shower head constantly dripped cold water on your head when trying to use the hand shower. The waiter in the restaurant got stroppy as we wanted to move tables from outside to in due to amount of flies, he forgot some of our order and then stood tutting Fawlty Towers style when we went to pay with our mastercard, Meal could not be added to our room number. View from balcony was across main road and then over a dilapidated factory building. Won'tbe staying here again!!

Review 25：The location of hotel is convenient for the guests, who travel by car (around 10 min). There is no direct public transport connection to the city center. But the taxi rates are still low in Plovdiv.
