Review 1：reception and welcome . Though we asked for a double bed we were given a twin bed since there were no rooms with a double bed and the receptionist told us you can look at my screen if you do not believe!!this is incredible answer for such an hotel like Divan. This is a famous Turkish chain hotel! We expected for our room to be upgraded. Also no information is given for breakfast at hotel, we could have paid for it .

Review 7：small bed, probably even smaller cover, cigarette smell coming from a/c, no extra cover available in room. We planned to stay for one night only. Arriving around midnight and very tired we noticed that the room temperature was low for comfort. As we turned on the a/c for heat, cigarette smell filled the room. So we turned it off. Not wanting to change the room we decided to go to sleep. It turned out that the bed cover was thin and not large enough for two adults. As it was late and we were tired we did not ask the hotel for assistance.

Review 19：We preffered smoking room but it smells like hell. We changed our roomto non-smoking one. Our room was at 1st floor. It was up to "DivanPub" which is hotel's bar and restaurant. We woke up with 5people's chatting and laughings at 4.am. And they kept on laughingand chatting till 8.am. We couldn't get most important thing fromhotel which is sleeping! For one night stay it was meaningless.Breakfast was weak.

Review 20：Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is new so facilities are good.Location is at the heart of Ankara so good for city walk and shopping.You get mostly what you paid for. Nothing more.

Review 21：I didn't like that my room window was on the same side of a Bar or a Pub in which there was a party till 1 AM. For this reason, on my second day of staying I haven't been able to sleep until that time

Review 22：The Position of the Hotel was perfect: in a central zone, full of Restaurants, Stores and Banks. The room was clean and large enough. The Health Center, Gym and SPA was also very nice.

Review 23：The hotel was empty while we stay there but they gave us the smallest and darkest room. I have stayed many hotels in Ankara but this one was the worst.I do not recommend it anybody. It's pricey and staffs don't really care about you.

Review 27：This hotel offers free tee & coffee but actually forces you to buy water to prepare it. Although, I spent extra for massage, breakfast and drink, I did not want to pay for the water to use the facility they proudly write in room description. There was only a 330 ml water free for 2 guests once in the 1st day. Room was prepared for one guest although it was know that 2 people stay and I had to ask for the 2nd set of towels and cleaning materials. The chair I sat during the breakfast was swinging due to some problems on the floor and all other tables were occupied.

When we showed the receipt, they immediately fixed the error, appeared to be a sincere mistake. On the whole it was a very pleasant stay.
