Review 1：when we arrived, the reception seemed to have no idea of our booking. We did got checked in, but after check-out, we received email from booking.com that we never checked-in there...I hope there will be no double charge, already complained, but got no answer...

Review 3：In Cuiaba there are no indicattors wher to go. On two occasions we lost about half an hour to get finally to the right direction from the town
