Review 1：Good and solid hotel with nice (not suoer new) facilities and friendly staf. It is a quiet location which promote chilling out. The bar and restaurant across the street is also a nice place to have a meal or just a beer right on the beach.

Review 4：Everything is in desperate need of updating. my mattress dipped in the middle and pillow so heavy and hard. possibly one of the worst nights sleep ive had. the property is very far away from amenities which means you are forced to eat at their restaurant which is average. Shower pretty poor, no kettle and very noisy air con unit.

Review 8：We as a family had to drive several miles to find a half decent restaurant. To the local market far away to buy water .HALF DECENT RESTAUARANT WHERE A FAMILY COULD FEED IS VERY ESSENTIAL. Please please provide a water cooler with hot and cold water one each on each floor. Just like they doi in many Philippine hotels. Just two little bottles of water for a whole family is drop in the mouth....where there is no 7/11 store nearby

Review 35：Rooms in need of work, given twin room and the beds where on wheels and dangerously moved around the floor with ease. mould in the bathroom, very low shower over bath. Breakfast not fresh, curled up meats and fried eggs left out without being covered. Pool tiles cracked and old. gym in poor condition rusty. Restaurant only open at breakfast made to walk to the beach. overpriced for the quality.

Review 47：We arrived late at Surat Thani and as tourists, we are not aware of the time that buses going to Khanom are only until 6PM. We called the hotel to request for them to pick us up from Surat Thani station only to be given a price higher than the expensive offer by a tuktuk (1800 baht vs 1600baht). We managed to get our own transportation though with a lot of bargaining skills. Transportation going to the hotel late afternoon is very hard. We have spent more on the transportation than what we have spent on the hotel. Our plan for a relaxing massage and clubbing has been deleted from our list due to the expensive travel. The hotel should provide a good price for guest pick up. On regular hours, the transpostation from Surat Thani to Khanom is only 100baht per head.... 20 baht from Khanom to the Hotel.

Review 48：The hotel itself has a good location, fronting the beach. Staffs in the restaurant and buffet area are very nice specially the guy who has helped when we checked out.

We travelled in South Thailand for almost 3 weeks (3 nights in khanom) and the staff was most friendly at this location; 2) There was a very good cleaning staff at the hotel. bed linnen, floors, furniture, towels were all cleaned very well on a daily basis. 3) good breakfast and Nice sea views during breakfast. 4) we really fell in love with this hotel for the beautiful location! The beach is beautiful and very quiet. We went in low season and were often the only guests in the beach bar in the evenings. It was a very romantic location. 5) beach bar in general is the place to be. It is nicely decorated. Also very good food and not expensive. 6) good wifi available We loved our stay here, we recommend this location to everyone who does not like the crowded tourist locations!
