Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa sells fast on our site. Surrounded by 2 acres of attractive gardens, this all-inclusive resort features a private pebble beach and an aqua park. There is also a spa center and all rooms feature balconies.

Review 2：Plenty of everything for everyone. Would have preferred it to cater more for British people. All flags flying but not British either.

Review 13：-Wifi was useless. Worst wifi I have ever seen in 5 star hotel. -Lobby bar needs at least 4 personnel evening time (1700-2400). As wifi was working properly only in lobby there were many guests and sometimes I observed pretty long queue. Once I stayed at queue for 16 minutes for just cup of coffee. -There is a disco club Inferno close to hotel. Some nights were really noisy. Positive point was free wifi of this club. I used wifi of this club from my balcony :) -Did not enjoy GYM room. Need more equipments and weights.

Review 21：Wi-fi is not very stable. People at reception must get a lot of complaints about it and seem to have developed a sort of "immunity" against such complaints, i.e. were not very open and helpful with resolving the issue. You get used to the problems with wi-fi after a few days, so it stops bothering you. )) we stayed in the rooms with a seaside view, in which the music at night from the lobby bar and nearby discos was sometimes disturbing, going into way past midnight, which made it difficult to sleep with open balcony doors. Weather in September was gorgeous, but we had to sleep with AC on for a few nights because of the noise. Lastly, i did not manage to get a single occupancy rate upon arrival, which i was hoping to negotiate upon arrival. As a result, my mother had to stay in a double (with two large beds) all by herself (alone) and we had to pay the full price for a double occupancy. Single rooms were not available online and a triple room was not an option, so it cost us a bit more than we'd expected.

Review 22：Location, facilities, staff are all very good. Beach is just a few minutes away, across the street and adjacent to a small but lovely park area. Animation in the evenings was also very diverse, with due attention paid to kids. My daughter loved the mini-discos and various contests which took place every evening after dinner. Overall, a very family-friendly place.

Review 23：Location is very good, in the center of Kemer. Food is very delicious and always available till late evening. Staff is very polite and helpful. Pool is big enough, Beach is not very close but it's nice. After check-out , they allowed us to use the all inclusive option till 17:00. Room was very big, clean and comfortable.

Furthermore, the internet connection wasn't good at all. Finally, we had a 4th-floor room and it was extremely hot in the room, taking into consideration that we could only use the AC when we were in the room, because we had just one keycard.

Review 43：Although room comfort was rather acceptable, the centralized, unfiltered heating/cooling system, coupled with the carpet laid out everywhere results in dust everywhere in the air and makes it almost unbreathable. Make sure you bring some inhalers, if you don't have asthma, you might develop it here. Also, staff is a bit overworked, as they're constantly doing overtime and rarely get any time off. (massage and food service areas)

Review 46：Very good location: near the veach, but still in the center. The staff members were more than kind: always helpful, always nice. It's by far the cleanest hotel I ever visited. Even in winter most of the facilities were in working condition, so there were a lot of things to do.

Review 47：this is certainly not a 5 star hotel, more like 4* facilities and 3* service. Food quality - very mediocre. Atmosphere - hectic. Guests - unpleasant, a lot of Russians and not nice ones. Spa design is stupid with lots of running around to get from saunas to the pool or back. Just one (small) elevator per 140 rooms - one can wait forever. Not recommended unless you are prepared to queue for everything - and this in the low season.

Review 49：We booked a side see view room, we paid more than regular rooms. But, we can not see the view unless we were in the balcony. We recommend not to pay extra for the side see view (our friends booked a regular room and stayed in a side see view room like ours). I also recommend to book a room in the third or fourth floor if you still look for a side see view. In addition, food was not good. Towels were not clean. This place doesn't deserve 5 stars.

Review 54：SPA was amazing. Massage was great and everyone was so friendly. Very helpful people in the restaurant, great service in the bar. Ozgur was incredibly entertaining, great asset for the hotel. Our room made was lovely, kept it in immaculate condition and also very creative with the decorations. Unfortunately don't remember her name now but she was in always from 23 to 30th December. Room number 1244 and she was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't speak the language but we managed to use the body language to show her our appreciation.

Review 55：not large hotel.small rooms with worse cleaning; mini bar stocked only once during the whole stay. poor variety of food, restaurant staff are very very rude and dont want to help. at breakfast i asked the waiter for 1 tea he told me that there is no service in breakfast and i should prepare it by my self, at the same breakfast i asked the bar inside the restaurant for an empty glass then one person from the animation staff!! told the waiter not to give me the glass!! because if he gave me glass all the guests in the hotel will ask for empty glasses!!! i didnt understand whats the relation!! this person was the presenter of the animation in eveninig of 6/10/2014 (the dance party).. very rude person i never saw like this audacity in my life very bad feeling i leaved the hotel one night before my checkout without asking for a refund just wanted to leave this hotel that dont respect his guests. it was the worst experience that i had in antalya even the worst in my all trips arround the world

Review 57：As soon as we got to the resort we knew we made a right choice choosing that hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming,everything was clean and we had a feeling that we are respected. Food was delicious,delicious wine and huge variety of different desserts. Kemer main street is just in walking distance. Also we liked that hotel had its own car rental,it was pretty simple to take a car and drive to Antalya and Tahtali Mountains. As it is family hotel,then there werent lot of families with kids,so it was pretty quiet.. and oh.. the cats !! For a cat lover this is paradise on earth :)

Review 60：We were not lucky and our room was at the road side of the hotel building. Therefore we suffered from noise from these sources: 1. The loud noise of evening entertainment program. Luckily it usually finished before 10pm. 2. The noise from the road due to the paving which the road was made of. 3. Extremely unbearable loud noise from INFERNO night club at weekend. It was so loud, that you not only hear the music, but feel vibrations of window panes, even though the window is closed. This nightmare finishes usually at 4 a.m. and could considerably undermine your sleeping comfort. Other downside facts: 1. Internet signal is unstable, especially in rooms 2. You need to go to the beach before 8.15 am in order to occupy loungers in the first and second line, because after that time they are usually occupied.

I spent so much time (and money:) to find the right number. Also the telephone secretary machine that Crystal hotels are using is just on Turkish language:(, so unfortunately I could not understand a word:(((

Review 63：This was the vacation I arrange for my mother and her friend, so I was very concern for their comfort! But everything was perfect! The food, the cleanness, the staff was very helpful and friendly. On the way back when when my mother come to the airport she realized that her friend forgot her purse (together with the passport:( at the lobby of the hotel. They called the hotel and they immediately send them the purse to the airport by taxi (of course they payed for the taxi:), so they could catch their plane on time and they save them self from troubles:)) I am planning to visit this hotel as well!!! :)

Review 64：The territory is very small.No greenary.Miniclub is tiny,I have never seen so small before.Near there are big discos and you can not sleep till morning at all. the road to the beach is through the park and when you walk you are stopped by different people offering everything.

Review 72：We were very upset with transportation arrangements from Antalya's airport to hotel. Hotel administration sent me email and confirmed that the shuttle will be there for us upon arrival. We spent over an hour waiting at the airport, calling to the company, but nobody picked us. Anyway, we got taxi and came down to hotel. Air conditioning system was not working well, and need to have attention. Cinema was not working, we asked few times, but it was not functioning. The biggest issue the internet connections in the rooms was very very poor, and to get the reception with internet we should go to the lobby on the first floor. This must be addressed for the next summer season!

Review 126：The variety of food could have been wider, in particular in the "a la carte" restaurants. We stayed in the quiet part of the hotel building (thanks to the considerate reception staff, who warned us of the implications), however the rooms overlooking disco clubs have a strong noise throughout the night, which can't be addressed by the closed terrace door.

Review 127：The hotel staff was very friendly and polite, service at the restaurants and bars was fast and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very convenient, its close to the shopping streets and a bus station from where one can get a ride to Antalya for a very reasonable cost. The beach area is a 5-minutes walking distance, there is sufficient number of deck chairs and umbrellas, the cleanliness of the area is something, which certainly deserves a special mention.

Review 128：The wireless internet available in our rooms disconnected and slowed down many times during our stay and was not stable for the most part. The IT people tried to do a fix but the problem persisted.

Review 129：The receptionists who greeted us were so friendly and helpful: Misters Alper and Burak! The food and drinks at the restaurant were diverse, abundant, and delicious. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. The price was really value for money! Highly recommended!
