Review 1：Bathroom door wasn't closing; A/C from living room was very noisy all night and couldn't be switched off. Balcony door from living wouldn't open. Generally, lacks it's sparkle. Even emotional sauna was partly functioning, missing tiles and so on.

Review 3：Very pleasant stay with our 9 month baby, everyone was so kind to make sure we receive the best services. Even though we booked a double room, we received a suite in order to have plenty of space for us and the baby. The room was very clean, the sea view fantastic and the personnel was great. We also received some mashed fruits for our 9 month baby when going to breakfast. Excellent hotel, one of the best we ever stayed in Romania to be honest :)

Review 14：- first of all - the services; they think about the comfort of the clients and the staff is really nice, flexible and consderate; - the spa and spa treatments - grea sea view at the 4th floor - children animation staff - they actually play with the kids; it's more than just the same jokes, same baloons etc. - they talk to the children, listen to them and play with them real children games It was a 3-day pleasant experience as a whole (dspite the bad weather :) They offer nice packages off the season and it'a good place to stay and relax. We'll be back for sure.

Review 15：Value for money. It's overpriced, especially when we went there, inhigh season. And the fact that there were no international adaptorswhatsoever. We had to take the car and spend a whole afternoon to lookfor an adaptor for our electronics. Not nice at all, when in fact theyare so cheap, in a hotel that caters for foreigners.... Not acceptable.

Review 21：The room was placed on the corner and we couldn't sleep during the night with the window opened because of the wind which blows really bad. And we couldn't use the interior air conditioning either because the bad conditions too. I think my kid got a flew because of that.

Review 23：Poor breakfast and lunch buffet. The meals didn't have a name/description tag. Plates were often not available. Service very slow. We waited 45 minutes for a sandwich club and the fries were not even hot. Aquagym was poor, the exercises are not water oriented. Overall, great facilities but bad service.

Review 27：Breakfast is communist. Old style, not for a 4* hotel. I couldn'tuse the Wifi, there was no signal, probably hotel full and too manyguests connected. The air Con is incredible noisy and I don't thinkthe thermostat was working. If you want to sleep, some rooms are closeto the disco beach. Parking is a chaos.

Review 34：Iaki Hotel is a great place to spend some days at the seaside. It is very close to the beach and it has its own part of the beach with special chairs for which guests do not have to pay extra. The rooms are large (we had double superior and double standard), in very good condition. Beds are very comfortable. We chose the option to have half board included so we had access to the breakfast and dinner buffet. The range of food was very good, and with great tastes. What impressed us was the attitude of the staff at the restaurant - humble, extremely helpful (for example a boy part of the staff offered to take my soup plate to the table as he noted that I had my baby in the arms; he also noted that I did not have a spoon so he insisted to bring one). I do not have enough words to thank all the staff from the restaurant for their kindness and warm attitude. All in all the stay at Hotel Iaki will be a great memory.We will definitely come back there should we chose to spend some days on the Romanian seaside again. We felt like at home.

Review 35：I had problems with the check-in. In my requirements I wanted an apartment with a closed living room( I knew they had because I stayed in one of those last year). When I made the reservation I called the hotel and they said to write down my requirements, after the reservation they confirmed it by phone. When checking -in the manager lied and said it was busy and gave us a smaller apartment but when I went to see our room I saw that the executive aparment was being cleaned. After I talked to the manager again he said he will give us for 5 days and switch to a smaller apartment for the last 2. Finally the manager admited their mistake after 2 hours of talking and waiting with an infant. We had problems with the parking as well. The food wasn't very good.

Review 37：Some of the reception and restaurant staff didn't have the ideal 'customer service-oriented' attitude and didn't make me feel like they were happy to have me as a customer. That needs to improve if you want people to come back to your hotel. I spent a total of 8 nights there and I would have expected a little better treatment.

Everything was super because of the personnel who was smiling and helpful. Spa was very nice. They well deserve a 10.

And when I went to the indoor pool the lady there told me that i need to be dressed properly in a bathing suit... Which i had beneath my clothes!!! Was i supposed to walk through the hotel in a bathing suit?!

Review 61：We’ve been surprised just at arrival, when we’ve been offered a free and welcomed upgrade from a double room to an apartment! Even if not in the summer season, the restaurant was fully functional and had all items written in the menu. And all we tried was very tasty! Moreover, the hotel had different events for kids at the time we stayed. I would recommend the hotel even in the winter.

Review 62：At breakfast was very disappointing. Quite unprofessional service, the buffet may match to one-star pension in the romanian mountains but not for Iaki hotel - very poor in terms of variety and quality!

Review 64：I've been sitting in the restaurant for 15 minutes and nobody paid attention to me. When I asked on reception where I can eat, they replied to me to use minibar in my room. Prices from minibar incredible expensive. Hotel is nice but after this experience I won't come any more. I'm very disappointed.

Review 65：Beds, you feel the springs poking in your body. Cleaning lady's did a half job half of the time. Staff not very friendly. Restaurant orders took very long. No waiter around in the bar most of the time. Carpet in the room had a huge stain and some gaps which made it possible to see the concrete. No wifi in the rooms.

Review 67：The one lift in the hotel meant occasional lengthy waits to get up to the top floor where our room was situated. Internet access in the rooms is not wifi, the reception offers ethernet cables on free loan for holiday makers with laptops, but tablets and phones have no access in the rooms. The wifi serves the reception area but not the dining areas so the electronic baby sitter did not work at meal times :D

Review 68：Price inclusive of breakfast and lunch. We booked two rooms at different times, one a small suite facing the sea and a small double room facing the lake. The hotel noticed that we were a party and gave us rooms either side of the corridor. The pool area was nice and it was a very short walk to the Hotel's dedicated sun loungers. Our visit was at a quiet time, at the end of the season and midweek - I suspect that at peak times there is a significant shortage of sunloungers.

Review 69：Very poor breakfast and lunch. Bad quality and low diversity. The staff is extremely poor qualified and naughty if you ask something in detail. When we made the booking we asked for a queen size bed but we got a twin room without any apologize or solutions. The hotel is far to be a 4 star hotel, maybe 3. There is a lot of dust in the rooms, broken shower, old TV set, old and uncomfortable beds

If you need Balcony furniture for Room, you have to order them. Iaki "Private Beach" is very bad.... you need to pay in order to have something comfortable in the neighborhood.
