Review 1：Rude receptionist. Two days in advance i asked for a late check-out (only 1 hour to be able to directly go to the airport). That was no problem. At the day of checkout i was called after the regular checkout time that i should leave my room (card was also blocked). Explained at the reception that they agreed with late checkout and instead of apologizing for the mistake they did their utmost to convince that i was wrong. Amazing, no customer orientation :(. Difficult to reach by taxi because the road is continuously blocked by double and even double double parking in busy shopping street. Stayed in same hotel in 2012 and at that time i was very happy with the room, in the meanwhile it needs some maintenance in especially the bathroom.

Review 3：Room was very hot because of sun and took 3 hours to cool. Air conditioner was centrally programmed to heating. House keeping girl's sweat smell filled the corridor. The next day she was still on duty and with the same strong smell. No dedicated car park.

Review 5：It's one of the worst hotel ever!!! The Conditioner on one side ofthe building doesn't work properly. It's so warm. I couldn'tsleep at all a whole night and when I asked them to change, theydidn't respond. The staffs were not friendly. About the WiFi, twopeople or device can not connect at the same time. In their rooms, theydon't have basic things such as toothpaste, toothbrush,handkerchief, can opener and etc,... I don't recommend to no one!

Review 7：I liked my room, breakfast, and the staff. The receptionist was very helpful and could speake English (receptionists in a lot of hotels in Turkey cannot speak English).

Review 12：The Place is around 36 minutes from Ankara Airport and during traffic to go there might take more time then expected. the hotel staff was not informed about the booking as booking.com did not inform them therefore had to wait for 30 minutes for the checkin. and after several calls they provided the room to stay.

Review 57：Wifi - log on every two minutes. Had booked other hotel but got moved after a day due to issues there - put in this one - they held me to original booking period, despite circumstances and wanting to leave (and did leave) after one day, --- they charged me three nights &blamed it on Booking.com but Booking.com were prepared to waive the extra two nights. Intransigent, greedy, poor hotel, poor services, dated, small rooms and very poor managment. Avoid unless you are paying for location only, which is really good.

Review 60：The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. Any request I had was attended to immediately. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The free internet connection was superb! I was extremely impressed with the staff and service at the hotel's Cafe Rosso.

Review 68：The reception on arrival was very good even though the credit cardcouldn't be accessed nevertheless, they kept my booking. Themaintenance and cleaning of the rooms were made as at when due.

Review 69：Large 5th floor room, quiet position not along a main traffic road, smart breakfast/dinner lounge. Rather centrally located in an area with shops, cafés and other facilities, 5 minutes by car to the true center Kylasi area, 24/24h taxi at the corner. Definetly I would return here.
