Review 1：Almost everything. Not much nice to say about stay, but people at hotel(not sure who was employed there) appeared to be nice, though I couldnot understand or talk to them at all. Only languages spoken were Polishand Russian, even though hotel website / booking.com wrote thatenglish was spoken.Arrived on the 24. december 2015, expecting to get a "clean" room. Room smelled bad and I asked for another room. No one could help nor understand me. The more i tried to explain my dislikes in english, the more polish/russian the answered back. Finally, with the help of my phone (google translate), I got them to contact the hotel "manager" Piotr. Told him about my concerns and I was finally "upgraded" to larger room. Room was placed next to stock room and next to reception - it would say it was noisy - but not from other guests - bathroom was smelly and carpet was dirty. Breakfast was ok, when it was served - one morning at 8:15 - no breakfast - no people - Worst of all - room was not cleaned in 4 days - no fresh towels and no cleaning of bath room - when I told hotel staff - I think they said (remember they don't speak english) that room was cleaned before Christmas and will be cleaned after I leave the hotel. No need to say that Hotel La Strada does not know CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to make sure their guests are looked after. I know that I probably couldn't expect a lot from this hotel and I should have checked up on this before I booked it, but location was perfect and with the hope of a "clean" room I was ready to settle for that. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to anyone - don't stay there and do not have your party there. It is not worth the money or effort.

Review 3：Dirty carpet and bathroom floor. It was smelling so strong when we entered to the room. But receptionst just dispersed a deodorant spray to kill this smell. And that's it!
