Review 1：The staff are poor. Never anyone at reception. One evening we were ringing constantly for half an hour to book a taxi as is advised by the hotel after getting no response we headed down to reception to find nobody there again and had to spend 20 minutes trying to find a member of staff to then be told we had to ring them half an hour in advance to book a taxi!! We ended up having to flag one down outside the hotel which is a busy dual carriageway. The staff in the ratsurant were terrible. We had booked and paid for breakfast bu the first morning they couldn't understand us and we're telling us breakfast was for the guests only which we were so they wouldn't let us have breakfast. The hotel is not in the best location either you need to get a taxi everywhere and it's nowhere near a beach.

Review 2：We stayed in one of the villas....really lovely, huge jacuzzi bath and steam room. The pool was really nice and peaceful

Review 3：Staff were very unfriendly, didn't speak English. On arrival they told me I could rent a motorbike, what they didn't tell me is that when I would come back in 1hr the office for renting would be closed. When I wanted to take a taxi the best they could do was 400 baht to the nearest restaurant. I walked the 2km to the nearest one.

Review 4：The service is poor. On the second day of our staying, no one came to clean the room, neither changing towels and fill the water bottle. When we called to ask for those service, it turned out that it's our fault that didn't put the sign in front of the door so i admitted that and just asked for the new towels and water.we got yes for answer. Anyway until the checking out time on the next day, nothing happened!

Review 5：It's our first time. Here's not far from my work so i chose here to spend 2 nights. We like the facilities, shower room is great. Spacious room.

Review 6：Communication with staff was difficult at times due to the language barrier, so if you have special needs or requests that can be a challenge, but they were trying very hard to assist.

Review 7：The room blew us away, we didn't realise we got our own massage room, spa room and steam room. We told the hotel that we were vegan as breakfast was included and just expected fruit but they planned a whole vegan menu which was great (only problem was there wasn't great communication amongst staff so we didn't always get the right meal). The grounds are beautiful, amazing pool, reasonably priced, nice gym, two bottles of drinking water a day, they will taxi you to places like the airport and beach (costs a lot but at least you can trust them). They took us to 7/11 and back for drinking water for free. Staff were very lovely and helpful, although many of them had problems with English and would need to call another staff member on the phone to assist.

Review 8：the jacuzzi was infested with ants even after we clear/drian it 2 times. the water was abit greenish in nature

Review 13：We only stayed for one night on our way to Koh Phi Phi. The rooms were nice and relaxing after being on a long plane ride. The food was good. We did not get a massage or visit the spa.

Review 17：Lovely, friendly staff, very relaxed atmosphere, luxuriant stylishclean accomodation, good food, a few of the staff could speak quitegood english so that made things a bit easier organising day trips tothe beach and shopping. Away from the hustle and bustle of the maddingcrowds. Definately a good move to stay here, we loved the InfinityPool, plenty to do here as there is a gym, yoga and access to the bestspa in Phuket.

Review 18：the hotel is far need a car to go places. shutel from the air port to the hotel cost 1200 bhut. the pictures looks better then the hotel, the entrence very disupointing - there is constuction works beeing done in the hotel front. need a shutel to get to and from the room.

Review 19：the room is big , the jacuzi is not strong, the shower is week, nice steam room. you get absolut privecy in the room because of the jungle plants that were planted around the villa - need somthing a gainst mokitos

Review 21：It was nice surprise when we first arrived to our villa, design and howspacious it was. You have got bit Of ants here and there because you arein the nature. But we used mosquito spiral and it was good after.
