Review 1：The bed is a little quirky but soft enough that I can sleep. It was convenient for us because my daughter lives fairly close. The bathroom was roomier than most motels i have been in.
Review 2：Just about everything. Had pizza advertisements for a place that's been closed for quite a while.
Review 3：Not much, the bed was comfy. But that's where the good stuff ends. There were ants and spiders. There was black mold on the carpet. Ac didn't work. And it gets very loud outside pretty early in the morning. Also I booked a smoking room and the confirmation email stated that but when I got there it was non-smoking.
Review 4：Bed spreads stunk really bad. Went and bought fabreeze and a candle to get through the night. It was pretty dirty. But for the price I made due, if you want something better in this area it probably would cost you $40 to $50 dollars more a night.

Review 6：I did not like it....the walls were crumbling...trash from prior guest...no tissue on toilet paper roll...light fixtures broken...missing lamp shades...it was just dumpy
Review 7：The room was reasonably priced, if a little dated, and only 10 minutes away from the Arena District, as well as being near some other shopping options. There were no kitchen facilities, only a fridge, a microwave and a coffee pot, for those who would need it. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was polite and it was quiet when I wanted to sleep. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.
Review 8：a little shabby. not somewhere i would stay if i were going to spend alot of time in the room. the plastic bed protectors under the sheets were loud and could be felt through the sheet.
Review 9：it was clean, close to where we wanted to be, check in and out was easy, there were NO bugs or pests and it didnt smell bad. it served it's purpose. staff were friendly.
Review 10：The mattresses and box springs are in poor condition, trifling, and dirty. The blankets are not washed. They had burn holes in them. I was bitten by bugs all over my arms and legs. Children were responsible for the house keeping and they did a poor job. The bathroom shower was never cleaned during the 5 days I stayed. The windows had dead flies in them and the management told me that it was too expensive to change things. I will never stay at the Kozy Inn again.
Review 11：Our stay lasted few hours out of 4-nights August 3 to August 7. IT had an awful musty smell and this room was supposed to be non-smoking with spa tub. This location is in the middle of construction area and blacktop that added to the musty smell. I tried the air freshener but that didn't work. I got up at 2:30 am and went to the front desk to let them know the problem. IT cost me $450. I asked for refund and was told that I have to go through Booking.com to get refunded.

Review 13：We were staying in room 109...it seemed to be ok until I was awakened by my fiancé around 4:30 in the morning. He yelled "get out of the bed". I wasn't exactly sure what he was yelling about at first then he stated that he'd felt something biting him on his back....he swiped his back with his arm and saw something land on the sheets...at a closer glance we could clearly see it was a bed bug....we pulled the sheets back and there was another one...upon moving the pillow on my side of the bed we saw even more! we took pictures and a video of one crawling on the bed and went to the office. I requested a full refund and when she asked me why I told her that there were bed bugs....she did that "oh my gosh there are" innocent thing but we could clearly tell she knew exactly what we were talking about. I paid $117.50 for the room and she refunded $92.50 and charged me $25 for "room cleaning"...............I don't feel I should have had to pay for room cleaning when the room was disgustingly infested with bed bugs when we got there!! There was a no vacancy sign hanging up when we went to request our money back...as we were complaining she nonchalantly removed the no vacancy sign as if she were going to rent our room out as soon as we left....DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL...IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!

Review 15：Shampoo, conditioner and lotion not provided (2 bars of soap and a tube of shower gel only) no tea or decaf coffee. No closet to store belongings out of site. Can hear people walking in room above you. There is a sign for vending machines, but they weren't near the sign (gas station convenient store is 100 feet away, so not a big deal). Surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy, probably not a good idea to try walking to anything in the area.
Review 16：Convenient access to the interstate, ample free parking. Clean room, a/c controls in room to adjust to individual comfort. Taxi cabs arrive within 3-10 minutes from call. Cleaning crew does a great job. Gas station convenient stores are within 100 feet of property snacks & beverages (especially morning coffee) and had mini-fridge in room to keep things cold.

Owner's wife(co-owner) try to play as if she had to wait on him and he was going to be there until the next day knowing that I was going to get charged that same day. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Review 43：The price was great and the room was absolutely spotless. A little far from the downtown hotels at around 6-7 miles but also almost a third of the price and was available at short notice where as most everything downtown was booked.

Review 46：The location was next to many food and shopping locations and it is only15min to downtown. The rooms are very nice and clean we had nocomplaints there. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Review 47：the staff was not too friendly and they could not speak english very well which was frustrating when the staff member said the room we booked for in advance was not charged to the credit card and the pre-booking only guarentees a hold on the room. the staff member had to explain this to us several times because of the language barrier.

Review 49：It was fine. I had my husband and my two young children. We needed a safe place where it had a fridge and a microwave. Fridge was a little nasty but nothing I wasnt expecting. Stayed there two nights.
Review 50：Just the fact that my conference ended early so I didnt need the secondday that I booked. When I asked the clerk if I could cancel the 2nd dayor at least get a partial refund he said he would check with "the lady".After a minute of them discussing this in a foreign language, hereturned and told me that their software closes their books at noon andbeing that it was 2pm, there was nothing that they could do. Regardlessof whether this is true or not, it would have been nice to have gotten apartial refund or at least a voucher of some sort for a future stay. Iunderstand policies but I also understand customer service and if I wereoffered something like I had mentioned, this review would be nothing butpositive. Hopefully they read these reviews and will do what they can tomake their customer service better.
Review 51：The Kozy Inn was located right off the expressway exit behind a gasstation so there wasnt any road noise to deal with and it was very quickand easy to get to. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, not mustylike a lot of places. I did have a non-smoking room that actually seemedlike it wasnt smoked in. The linens seemed fresh and clean and so wasthe bathroom. The parking lot and area around the Inn was decent as welland I never had any fear for my life being in this area. I was verypleasantly surprised with the Kozy Inn and would recommend it to familyand friends.
