Review 1：Great location, walking distance to shops and beach. Easy check in and entry,friendly staff. Very comfotable and clean, comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Hadn't stayed there before but definitely would stay again.
Review 2：There was no wifi at the Nelson property which was a major letdown, as it state's on the website that there is! There spa (jacuzzi) was only at the Dundas property, and you have to pay for it! The bathroom was the foulest smelling thing ever, constantly smell of disgusting body odour. There was no parking for our 2nd car (but you can park on the street).
Review 3：The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk away from the beach. The house was good for a family of 4-5, pretty spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need.

Review 11：Great location. Mature couple with 3 grandchildren, so 2 room apartment was ideal. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Short walk to a fantastic beach for kids. Sending SMS with key code worked really well for check in.

Review 16：The road was right outside and traffic was fairly constant. The other thing was there was several room heaters but nothing significant, no insulation meant it struggled to cope and we had 3-4 heaters going to stay comfortable. No electric blankets.

Review 24：Spa? What spa? Did not exist, although shown in photos of property =(Toilet seat was broken. Room was drafty. Didn't see staff even once,no welcome in room which is odd! Noisiest bunk beds on earth kept us allawake all night! Squeeeeak!!! Outside light poured into the frontbedroom and lounge and didn't help with sleeping. Couches were oldand ick. No washing machine/dryer or dishwasher. Definitelyoverpriced!!! Won't stay there again.
Review 25：Reverse cycle heating/cooling was good for the cold night since theplace was so drafty! Location good. You guys could do so much with thisproperty, but it's wasted.
Review 26：They forgot to give us towels. One of the girls was concerned that her sheets were not fresh. There was no milk for tea and coffee. (Though shops are near by) I can imagine it being busy in summer and possibly noisy, but then so is everywhere in rye! Overall a positive experience and happy to stay again.
Review 27：Aesthetically pleasing and so close to the beach. Great price for 3 of us to stay. We cooked our own food and made a weekend away affordable. Beach not even 5 mins walk away. My bed was lovely and comfortable. Spent most of the evening chatting on the comfy couch. Split system heating worked wonderfully well. Parking space also provided. I would go back and stay again.
Review 28：The apartments look like tin sheds with cheap flooring ... we stayed in a deluxe spa one ( we were out on a romantic night without the children). We were extremely disappointed because the spa did not work ... and we didn't receive any compensation for that.

Review 31：Very friendly gentlemen i spoke with when making booking. Open floor plan of apartment and king size bed in main bedroom. Bunks were comfy too. Adequate doonas and blankets, outside bbq and grassed area also decking outside and security sensor lights.
Review 32：The unit had a very overpowering smell of musty cigarettes as soon as you opened the door. As a non smoking family, the smell was hard to deal with. The place need a good paint!

Review 34：Unfortunately check in wasn't as smooth as it could have been due to reception being open for a limited time. This meant we had to check in and pay for our stay over the phone. However, there was a mix-up with the payment and we were charged more than the advertised rate. Although this was refunded to us, upon realising that we were eligible for a lower rate, the discount off the advertised hot spring tickets was significantly reduced. Whilst we had a pleasant stay these issues are completely unprofessional and we were made to feel that we were in the wrong. It was also disappointing not to have received a reply to our email when we voiced our concerns regarding this matter.
Review 35：The location was great for us, very close to the hot springs. Good self-catering facilities and comfortable rooms - this should have been a perfect stop for us on our tour of Victoria.

Review 45：The pedestrian strip at the front was at the middle of construction work. It should have better lighting to direct cars coming in the car park. No door mat inside to wipe off excess wet dirt when stepping in. No long life milk, tissue box was near empty. DVD were too out-dated.

Review 78：The only set back of room is the bathroom, there is only one bathroom and we had to take turn in the morning... The hotel name entrance need to improve with bigger signage and lighting, to make the place more noticeable at night.
Review 79：The hotel is near to supermarket, shop and restaurant, we are able to get most of the food we need for out meals. The kitchen is well equipment, and they also has a BBQ stove outside... The bedrooms are seperated,with two bunks bed and a queen side bed. There is some privacy for couple...and the kids.

Our apartment was on Nelson Street and was not of the same standard. We were not told location till day of arrival. There was no communal lawn or spa. Beds were uncomfortable.

The self check in seems to work great - I was sent a wrong code and this held up my check in. Other units were occupied but it remained quiet in our unit. Review 100：Cleanliness was great. Hot water was plentiful and with a decent pressure. The apartment block which had six separate units was clean, neat and very handy to shops, beach front, etc. We had a roller door to our carport which made it more secure.

The location was really easy to find, even at night, and the staff were so accommodating with our late arrival. Only 5 mins from the Peninsula Hot Springs! Will definitely stay again.

Review 106：There is only one bathroom for a big unit. Would be a problem for a big family especially when more than one person need to answer nature's call. Only one heater in the whole unit located above the front door. We were there in winter thus the bedrooms were super cold at night.
Review 107：The unit is spacious. There were CDs and board games in the unit which can be good to occupy time in the evenings. We were able to park the car right in front of the unit which is really convenient.
Review 108：Some simple things were irritating like light bulbs for outdoor lights not working. Also the lock to the front door was damaged and fragile (why wasn't this repaired?)& it stopped working for us, we couldn't lock our door or go out! After making phone calls to the office and told somebody was being sent to fix it right away we had to again contact the office to see what was happening. We were eventually sent instructions by text/SMS to fix the door ourselves. We got it to eventually lock, but it's still damaged and fragile for the next person. The grounds looked messy and in need of a tidy up.
