Review 1：The electricity whent off twice during our 6 days stay. One time it was off all night. Also breckfast bofate didnt have many options in compare to other hotels in turkey

Review 4：With the new renovation, this architecturally pleasing hotel has everything: modern rooms and bathrooms, free WiFi, pool and fitness centre, business centre and super helpful staff. The location is so easy to access from the highway, no surface streets to complicate and free parking.

Review 5：I had requested during my booking with Booking.com NOT to pay by Credit Card but cash. Upon arrival the staff informed me that they had already used my Credit Card and it would take a week to cancel is ! This means they have unauthorised my Credit Card !

Review 6：No free internet (only first 30 minutes free for duration of stay, then paid package after that). Rooms were very hot at night (they turned off AC) and they refused to turn it back on. Desk staff outright lied at one point saying they were sending someone with a fan or to fix the unit. After many calls in the middle of the night and waiting, someone came an hour later and said they couldn't do anything about it. Come to find out, they automatically shut off AC units at night to save money, and can't override it. So you burn up at night (30 degrees or so).

Review 8：The whole washroom is decorated with a beautiful dark-purple, thoroughly- polished Turkish marble. The marble is also on the floor of the shower and washroom making it extremely slippery when wet. The staff were not overly helpful - though kind and polite - they gave me the wrong directions when I left the hotel.

Review 9：The room was very clean - such that I thought no person had ever stayed in the room before. They were in the process of remodeling some of the rooms. The hotel was calm and quiet with a professional service.

Review 15：The whole place is sparkling clean, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. A street, full of small restaurants and shops is just a few steps away. Subway is about 20min walk, but crossing the streets in Ankara is not for the faint of heart.

Review 43：Location is good near torus (you can get a dolmus by passing bridge 2.5tl/person and also same with 2.5 lira go to ankamall avoid taxiesthey charge you min 20 tl for a very very near distances! Review 44：- we had a 4 persons confirmed reservation for 2 adults and 2 children - with an extra bed for an additional 30€ a night: at arrival we got the room with only 3 places to sleep!? - in reality, the wellness section does not reflect the nice pictures on booking.com: the sauna being out of order, the steambad having an unsupportable odour (not to say: stinks of mould) and swimming caps are compulsory, which is nowhere indicated on the website neither at the location before entering, then to reprimand the children in a very unpolite manner and charging extras. - the safety window in our 1st floor room was defective upon arrival and not possible to close, resulting in a night with lots of noise from the street and the mosk across
