Review 5：None. That distance to the centre of the city I like. Only 10 minutes from Sukhumvit road on a bike - the great opportunity to see the way thai people live and work and there are some nice markets by the way where you will find good prices on everything you need while staying in Pattaya.

Review 6：Friendly, not annoying staff. "Invisible", but ready to serve anytime. Big studio with a big bed, big fridge and wall size window. Open space with a nice garden and a pool with a waterfall. You can park your bike by your door. Very quiet place, it's like there is nobody at your neighbourhood, you don't even need those " do not disturb" signs: nice lady who cleans your room knows exactly when you out of you studio. I stay here every time I visit Thailand.
