Review 1：The location is about 10 miles from downtown Columbus. There are no trains, buses or any public transportation into Columbus. It is a $25 taxi ride. No fault of the hotel but..... Lots of shopping and restaurants in area.

Review 2：Breakfast, staff, rooms.

Review 3：No one was at the front desk for a bit when we were trying to check in. The hairdryer didn't have a hair guard on the intake. The iron didn't work well. The jacuzzi was visibly dirty and had hair balls in the jets.

Review 5：One family in our group (we had a group spread over four rooms) had to change rooms. The room was on the first floor, right next to the pool and the machinery for the pool was VERY loud. The room also smelled like someone had smoked in it recently, even though it was a non-smoking room. (The staff accommodated the move.)

Review 6：Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff accommodated our SUPER late check-in of 4am, and a need to change rooms.

Review 7：Hotel clerk a little abrupt; seemed distracted by other matters rather than registering new clients. In general, breakfast was not in par with Hampton Inn: coffee in particular was either watery or not very good.

Review 8：Clean rooms, spacious and excellent bath and shower appointments. Whirlpool tub was good idea, although we did not have time to use it. Comfortable bed, not lumpy or too soft.

Review 21：Stuff stored in the lobby on right hand side as you come in the door that did not move. The staff at the front desk need to be more aware of the guests arriving. I had to wait about 7 minutes before someon notice that I was there. The cleaning crew walked by and got someone to check me in. Ehen checking out they tried to bill be for their regular rates.

Review 23：The hotel was very easy to get to and located near dining and a gas station. The room was clean and attractive. Cheese omelettes and bacon were included with the breakfast when we stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 26：We stayed for three nights with three young kids (2, 4, and 6), and were very pleasantly surprised. We were looking for a place that was reasonably priced and had a pool. We were not expecting actual cooked breakfast, the convenient location (we didn't know the area), or the impressive size of the room. We would gladly stay there again.

Review 28：the hotel and kitchen staff are fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and are generously sized to accommodate several people. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast you'll find anywhere. The pool is quite large and our kids really enjoyed playing in it every day. We always stay in this hotel when we are visiting Columbus. Thank You manager Cindy for all the help you give us every time we come.

Review 29：Fridge did not work, were told it would be fixed, it was not? No bathroom fan. Pillows were small and lumpy. Will not go back. The price was far too much for what we got!

Review 33：The pool was closed for repairs along with the workout facility. You had notice and did not inform your customer. Daily exercise is extremely important for me to keep up with!

Review 35：I didn't like that the pool and hot tub was closed. I wouldn't have booked there if I had known but nothing was posted about this on the website and it had been closed since January. The heater in the room made a constant banging sound. The bathtub drained the water so you couldn't take a relaxing bath. Very disappointed.

Review 37：The pool, spa, and gym were not open. This was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay at the hotel. This was not updated on the website. When I checked, it stated they would all be open. I paid for amenities I couldn't use. I also had to have my bill fixed, because I was over charged for my rate per night.

I'm upset because no one contacted me about this. I would've canceled my reservation and stayed somewhere else. The staff was not very nice and they didn't want to accommodate my family. None of the doors would open with room cards so had to park out back and walk all the way around to front entrance on icy sidewalks with cheerleading sneakers and suitcases. Not good, would have been easier on ice skating rink...lol. Also suggestion, if you are going to mop the elevator floor-do it after hours, not during breakfast time when everyone is coming and going. Had 2 cheerleaders and one coach fall getting in and out of elevator.

Review 98：Location-out of the way from main part of city, but close enough (5 to 10 mins) to get to everything we needed to. The breakfast bar was awesome; something for everyone; (which is great when you have finicky cheerleaders). Only suggestion I would make is to offer a soy or almond milk product for those that cannot do dairy. Will definitely be back for both competitions we have in Columbus, next season. Thank you.

Review 99：So clean that the room smelled like cleaning product for a while after housekeeping had left. Not saying that is a bad thing, but people with a sensitive nose it might bother. Once we got the AC on and air circulating the cleaning smell went away. The sheets on the bed could have fit better, I woke up both mornings with the corners of the fitted sheet and mattress cover popped off of the mattress. I do tend to move/roll a lot when I sleep though so I am sure that didn't help.

Review 100：We stayed in a King size bed which was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. It may have even been more comfortable than my bed at home! We stayed here a few years ago and they have redone the rooms since then, updates are nice, very clean.

Review 112：1st room smelled like mold and the bed was wet. 2nd room didn't smell bad but the carpet and bathroom floors were filthy. There was no closet, just a wardrobe that had a foul odor to it and we had very expensive pageant dresses with us. To refer to this as a suite, is a bit much more like a motel 6 but twice as expensive and not as clean.

Despite choosing this hotel over others to have two double beds in rooms we were given a king with couch which when you need to dived amongst a number of people doesn't work.

Review 116：Pool was dirty. Most of the hotel corridors had smoke smell and the non-smoking rooms had strong residual smoke smell. We asked to be moved--there was one corridor in the hotel on the first floor that had rooms which had not been smoked in and were not near smoking rooms.
