Review 1：The hotel is situated in the middle of a residential area. Our room (we stayed in a suite for four people) was very plain. There was a small kitchen but nothing in it, not even a glass. The roof top of the hotel is nice, the rest quite basic.
Review 2：This hotel caters mainly to locals, we were the only foreigners there. Reception staff spoke passable English, other staff none, but all were incredibly helpful and nice, taking us everywhere we needed to go! And the hotel's private beach a 15 min drive away is lovely!
Review 3：the room was not cleaned properly. We did not feel comfortable. Look at the fotos. The pool is very small. The towels are partly grey and yellowish.

Review 5：The bell boy took the lugagge from my car without being requested or even permitted. In fact I had to put the luggage back into the car as we did not need most of the things. The distribution of ligths and switches was a bit too complex. A bit too far from the port and not at all near the beach.
Review 6：Clean, comfortable. Room was big. Quiet neighborhood. They have most ot the ammenities (pool, gym, terrace restaurant) for a fraction of the price.
Review 7：Beds are a bit too hard. The single beds are too small. Dinner is very economic but not good. Dinner could improve. I would recomend not a buffet but individual plates. and improve your chef in both locations.

Review 15：No refuse bin provided despite 2 requests. On Day 3 toilet became blocked and reported immediately to reception. This was at 09:00.Came back at 20:00 to find nothing had been done even though room had been cleaned including bathroom.It took another hour to be dealt with then only when a new room demanded.Smell awful.

Review 35：using a description "beach hotel" is misleading! The hotel is nowhere near a beach! They have a separate building on a very small beach around 20 mins away by minibus. THe water is not particularily clean in this location. Best part of the beach location is the excellent staff.

There is a good variety of food but since if seems there was just a few guests a the time we visited, the exact same plate was served for 3 days (cakes, cheese), so we avoided them .truly subpar, not only for a 4 star, but also compared to cheaper to pousadas (Brazilians b&b).

A rare exception for Brazil, where most Hotel owners still are greedy in making easy money than in real guest service! For being a new accomodation, hopefully, this behaviour will spread across the whole Country sooner or later!
Review 46：No room service. We arrived late and hungry, but the hotel had nothing but water or coffe. We went to a nearby restaurant, waited for 2 hours and our meal wasn't ready. Finally, we had to eat hamburgers at a petrol station.
