Featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a modern spa area and a fusion restaurant, the Terra Complex has rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the garden or the mountain. It is located next to the Pirin Golf Complex and has a free ski slope bus service.
All rooms and apartments have a bathroom with toiletries, a flat-screen cable TV and an equipped kitchenette.
The Terra Complex consists of 4 buildings. The main facilities are in the central building called Pirin House.
After a day of skiing or hiking on the slopes of the Pirin Mountain, guests can relax in the sauna and steam bath, or treat themselves to a massage. Kids can have fun in the children's center.
Fine Bulgarian specialties and international cuisine are served in the elegant restaurant and bar, which turns into a party area after 9:30 pm. The lobby bar, with an open fireplace, is a great spot for enjoying an aperitif or a nightcap.
The Bansko Resort and the Dobrinishte Mineral Springs are 4 miles away and the next cable car is 2 miles from the Terra Complex. Private parking is available on site.

Review 1：The pool was a bit cold.

Review 5：1. I didn't like the fact that there was not room service. You had to go bar on your own. Considering the room price there should be room service available. 2. The swimming pool in the spa area wasn't very clean and there were a lot of children making noise. There should be more control in the pool area. 3. Poor English knowledge by some staff. It wasn't easy to communicate. 4. During peak days you couldn't find easily a breakfast table available. 5. Beds and sheets are small if someone is over 1.85 cm 6. Room some nights was cold. Heat was not enough.

Review 13：There is no outside place for walking. You should go to the Pirin Golf Club for a walk or somewhere else which requires a car ride. The kitchen in the apartments is quite big and well equipped but there is nothing from the kitchenware.

Review 19：- The location is not one of the biggest features of the complex. In case you want to visit Razlog or Bansko, you definitely will need a car to get there. - We reserved soundproofed rooms, so that we can get rest and do some business. Unfortunately we were put as neighbours of family with little children, which were extremely noisy during the day and the night. We were able to hear them as they were in our room and as result we didn't sleep well at all. - The restaurant is just below the rooms and we were spitted by children who were on the terraces above, while we were eating. - The bed in the room was not very comfortable. - The soufflé is not the best I have eaten. - The coffee and juice, served on breakfast were not good at all.

Review 20：+ The rooms are clean and even the furniture is not expensive, they are commodious and well maintained. + The whole stuff in the hotel - reception, cleaning ladies and waiters were very nice and polite. + The food was really good (except the soufflé). All dished from the restaurant were really well cooked. There was a very rich breakfast - one of the days we had a buffet breakfast. For the other we had a breakfast menu, where we were able to choose from 10 different meals. The breakfast was included in the room price. + The view from the room was really beautiful - the mountain and Rila Golf Club playground + As we visited the complex during the summer, there were not too many visitors and we were able to work from the lobby bar from the garden and inside in the hotel. + The WiFi connection in the hotel is free with good speed - the tests showed 2.19 Mbps Download and 0.93 MBps Upload speed. We successfully managed to make our video calls.

Review 23：Spacious room in main building with room service, 2 flat TVs, fully equipment kitchen and the most important, extremely clean ! Warm all time in the room and the other places of the hotel. Spa are good, sauna, small steambath, pool. Jakuzzi and sunbeds need maintenance, also Turkish bath did not work. The kitchen was delicious, but breakfast is a bit poor. Very polite Reception.

Review 24：The room i booked was with bathtub thats why i paid more but they gave us room without it and after i explained the situation they changed my room to first floor which is totally different from pictures which has no panoroma! And they told me that i might write it before i go there..(Then why i paid that much for that room?? There is not enough toilet paper in rooms no shampoo no foam etc.. Wireless connection was really weak you have less signal even in bathroom in the same room.. Rooms are really cold in the morning i have told them 2 times for heaters but no sense.. And unless you are not going in summer time you should book rooms from main building (its really cold after pool and jacuzi to go your room) or they could make tunnel to artificial buildings... For people who is going without car that shuttle bus which goes to bansko working till 16:45 (From bansko) which is really early and the hotel 15km away from ski center you can rent a car or you should look another hotels as an advise..

Review 39：The complex it's perfect in regards to cleanliness, stuff and services. The breakfast is good and generous, the water in the pool is warm, the stuff is helpful. They also have a shuttle that takes you to Bankso and picks you up. We stayed in an one-room apartment which was very big and comfortable, very clean and with a great view upon the golf field and the mountains in front. It is also equipped with everything you may need including a washing maschine.

This area is meant for relaxation, which could never be actually achieved as toddlers were running and screaming at all times. Review 111：I didn't like that booking.com, still keeps my money for reservation, I've check today, is 7th day of reservation. I payed full price directly in the hotel. I needed that money during my stay in Bansko.

Review 115：My wife and I booked a skiing trip to Bansko from 29/12/2013 to 02/01/2014 and we decided to stay in Terra Complex after reading many reviews and comparing prices of advertised 4 star hotels.We arrived at the hotel at 14:20 on the 29th, after a 9hr car journey from Athens, but to our dissappointment we found that our one bedroom apartment was not yet ready. We were told that it would be available between 15:00 and 16:00!!!After a quick trip to Bansko and acquantance with the city we returned to the hotel and we were given our key cards and told to go to our apartment (we were not shown to our room).The initial impreesion of the room was ok (a kitchenette with oven, small fridge, washing machine, but NO utensils/plates). The temperature was warm and comfortable.Upon closer inspection however the furniture were badly chipped, rickety and of poor quality. The coffe table in particular was shaking at the slightest touch.The bathroom only had two shampoos, two shower gels and 2 packs of ear buds, nothing else! no toothbrush/slippers etc.Also the wifi signal was very weak/absent.I picked up the phone to inform the reception desk but the phone was not working!Since we were staying in the annex I had to go out into the cold, walk the 30-40m to the main building and inform them of the situation, which i did.There was a techician in our room within 10min and after fiddling with the mains box he fixed the wifi but he said the telephone line was at fault and there was nothing he could do about it then.Another trip to the reception desk and after a typical apology I was informed that they will look into it in the morning.After unpacking we decided to visit the spa for some relaxation. To our amazement there were no bathrobes available at the Spa (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) which meant another trip to the room (in the cold) to bring the ones there. They had extra towels at least.

Review 135：No bacon for breakfast :-). At one point in the evening became colder inthe room for 1-2 hours (apparently central heating was automatic, sonothing I could do, until it was restarted). Handling of the booking(probably more for Booking.com than for the hotel): namely, I'vesearched for a room for three persons (me, wife & son) but still gotoffers for rooms that could accommodate only two persons. I'vecontinued with an option that was allowing extra bed for third person -however when I paid, in the confirmation mail it was only stated that itis for two persons. Further on, when we communicated with both hotel andbooking.com, we were given one price for extra person (45e) but later(when it was impossible to process it through booking.com) we had to pay87e extra.
