Review 1：Spa was closed and Monday and we didn't have the possibility to use it on Tuesday before we checked out. Staff spoke very little English. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Review 3：SPA was closed, without any notification, room was not properly cleaned, mole in bathroom and hair in the bed. in half empty hotel they gave us a very small room with roof window only. We had to request a change (it was sooo hot that we needed a window we could open)

Review 5：Slow motion elevator, one prefer to take a stairs even with luggage, personal at breakfast slow to replace the missing items, personal at reception is not aware about "genius" status on booking.com and its benefits, spa center is closed on Sunday evening.

Review 7：we were surprised that the spa was a separate buisness to the hotel, and the resurant too !!! we could not charge food to our room , the staff in the reasturant were very sweet and kind , just not taught how to serve in a reasturant , we had to pay to go in the spa , we had just a sauna and we paid 120z for an hour so it is not cheap , this fact should be pointed out when booking. the walking distance to anything might put off anyone old or anyone unfit .

Review 8：The staff were helpfull , the building was clean and warm . if you need to have a rest from the world you could stop inside this building for a few days .

Review 21：Friendly and professional staff, especially Iwona who was very professional and supporting. The hotel is new, everything is fresh and modern. Nice, large, Clean room. Wi-fi working well in every area of the premise. Good breakfast, improvable with additional fresh fruit selection. Free Private parking, locked at nighttime. Review 27：The reason for choosing this hotel over another was due to it being advertised as a hotel and spa. As we were arriving after a long wedding and traveling we chose this hotel as we planned to use the spa facilities but were surprised to be informed the spa was closed for maintaince and always closed on a Monday when we arrived. I understand maintaince is essential however it would be nice to know this when booking.

Review 29：The place of bed by the window looks nice but is very uncomfortable. In the June the daylight disturbs the sleep approx. at 05 a.m. The widow curtains are too short and do not prevent light falling on the pillow. WC frozen glass door is nice but closes very loudly.

Review 51：the hotel building doesn't look nice and doesn't remind hotel. You need to be careful not to miss the entrance. Breakfast are too expensive and not worth of money. The lift is famous !!! It takes 5 min to reach 3rh floor by lift, however in fact this is not hotel fault

My favourite part was the dining room/bar where we were able to enjoy an excellent meal on the patio and relax for the evening.

Review 60：We booked the beer spa which was very unique. Excellent beer and the spa staff was phenomenal. She was very friendly and soothing so I booked a peeling massage with her. Wonderful experience. Reasonably priced. Need to book the spa separately it does not come with the room and they fill up fast. The hotel room we booked was very basic. Standard shower, no bathtub. All newly renovated and very clean. Staff at the front desk very nice and accommodating. Very good breakfast. Free parking.
