Review 1：Almost everything. Air conditioning was awful, so it was rather hot and stuffy espeсially in the restaurant. Our room was on the fourth floor, but noise from the restaurant was so loud that I could say when staff started to make preparations for meal. None of 4 lifts worked properly.
Review 2：Rooms require renovation and furniture change, some minor imperfections in the room bathroom. The GYM, Turkish Bath and Sauna facilities need renovation. Other than that it is a great place to spend holiday.
Review 3：Excellent services, variety and high quality foods. It is a great place for family holiday. Lots of functions and entertainment for children and parents. The satisfaction team has done great job. The Turkish Night was just beyond all expectations. Well done keep up the good work!!!
