Review 1：The room is too far away had to walk up and down. Brought my mom 80 years old but hardly getting trouble walking on the stairs. The reception should ask or give us an advice about asking if we bring old people with us but they did not say or mention anything when we were check in

Review 5：The whole hotel needs a management make over. The rooms are 'tired' , dining and bar area same. Breakfast very average. There was a 2nd pool area with bad water so not usable and looks like it's been that way a while. Hotel looks clean but there was sweeping but no obvious washing of floors etc.

Review 6：Location lovely in a beautiful calm bay. Built on a hillside ( so beware lots of steps) it is prettily landscaped and lovely main pool situation. Staff very friendly.

Review 7：The bed was awful! It was a hard as the floor. Had to take cushions from the pool chairs to make it soft enough to be able to sleep!

Review 8：My wife and I enjoyed the remoteness of the resort. It was quite and relaxing! Could have stayed several weeks to just relax. The staff was very helpful.

Review 9：Maintenance not good. The terrace of our room was filthy. No place to put your suitcase. Tv reception poor. Huge bathtub would take hours to fill because almost no water came through the faucet.

Review 30：Secluded, romantic location with the hotel right on the waterfront and climbing up the mountainside.Very friendly and helpful staff. Low-season allowed for up-grading of our rooms to really nice rooms with fantastic view. Beautifully designed, calm and relaxing swimming pool area. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic honeymoon hideaway, this is the place.

Review 31：Some of the staff did not have such a good grasp of English, but there's usually someone available who does. The beer was also not always as cold as it could have been.

Review 32：Peaceful beachside surroundings and spectacular views across the bay made this the highlight of our holiday. The staff always had a smile on their faces and were ready to help, and the delicious food was pleasantly spicy.

Review 33：Most of the staff could did not appear to speak any other language other than Thai. This made it very difficult in terms of communication and incorrect orders and billing mistakes occurred because of this. Confusion over what had been ordered occurred frequently, and orders would not be correct. The billing mistakes were resolved quickly once they were detected.

Review 34：The staff were friendly. Mont and Shaun were very good at providing additional support that we required. These two members of staff appeared to be one of only a couple of staff who could speak more than Thai. Overall I would probably give this resort about an 8/10.

Review 35：On arrival we were greeted by 'Mont' who made our stay exceptional. His attention to detail meant that he had fulfilled all my requests on the last night of my honeymoon. Chocolates & flowers and a rose covered bed with towels that had been shaped into sawns linking to make a heart was wonderful but all was outdone by the spectacular sea view that I had requested which took our breaths away. Mont was so welcoming as we're the staff but it was Mont who I have to praise. He constantly came over to chat when he seen us around the resort & could never do enough to make sure we were happy. The hotel is a wonderful place & has spectacular views & with staff like Mont it's somewhere you would definitely want to go back!

Review 40：so far from any other facilities in the area, resturant staff were terrible and could get food order out at the same time took over 45 minutes to get lunch and then to be told that they didnt have one of the meals and did we want to order something else, swimming pool was dirty and murky
