Review 1：*would have liked a couple of extra power points for our computers, phones, etc *cleanliness was good but not thorough *sharp knife was not sharp - tried to sharpen it - but it didn't help at all

Review 2：*first impression of cabin - wow factor! *crockery, cutlery, glass ware, etc - very good *beds were very comfortable & clean *window dressings were lovely *air conditioning and fans were great

Review 3：We travelled with children ages 5-9yrs. The "Toddler room" had a fantastic range of toys that our children enjoyed, as well as a reading area with a great range of books and a tv area with beanbags and fold-out couches. They also enjoyed the tennis courts and activities room. Beds were a little uncomfortable but presentation, room amenities and facilities were fantastic value for money (and much better than we expected given the cost). We'd definitely stay here again.

Review 4：The room had a balcony but it looked out onto the houses in the street. Some privacy planting would make if feel more like a holiday and not being in my own front yard at home.

Review 9：Caravan parks always gives me the impression of roughing it out. This was very clean and comfortable. It is a win and close to the lovely shops and neighbours.

Kitchen, dining table, tv with dvd and double bed in the main room, separate bathroom with toilet and shower and separate room with single bunk bed with an ironing board and iron in wardrobe. Ash tray outside for smokers.

Review 23：There could have been more kitchen utensils like chopping boards and a spatula (for cooking bacon and eggs). Wifi was un-useable - kept freezing, and something more than free to air TV would have been good as I was on my own.

Review 24：Liked the good pricing and location was ok. Staff were great, I was sick one night and they didn't charge me for it, which was fantastic and they upgraded me which was nice too.

Review 29：Everything was clean and brand new. Room facilities were excellent. Amazing bathroom! We slept really well here. The guy on reception was really friendly and let us check in late out of reception hours.

Review 34：We chose High Country because of it's location near the Mansfield bus depot to go to Mount Buller. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was very comfy for 4 people and all facilities were clean and modern. Thanks to Nick for turning on our heater before we arrived! Great stay, will come again!

Review 35：The heater in the cabin didn't work, we had the setting on 30 degrees for the entire 2 days and this didn't heat up the cabin to a reasonable level. The adults bed was fine however my 15 year old son didn't fit on the bunk beds designed for the kids as he was too tall and the mattress was uncomfortable and the couch in the cabin was quite uncomfortable also.

Were staying there as it was close to mt Buller to go snowboarding and it was wonderful to get back there after a long day and put the split system heater on and jump into a warm shower in a lovely bathroom.

Review 40：I ordered a two bedroom cabin with one large double bed, one double bed and a single bed. The first cabin sent to had two double beds and a 'bunk' bed on the wall above one of the doubles. Not suitable for guys over 60 yrs. The owner then came and said he had given us the wrong cabin. We were then taken to a cabin that only had one double and four very tiny bunk beds suitable for children. Not what I expected or paid for.

Review 41：Pleasant surroundings, quiet, cabin was very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to the deluxe cabin at no extra charge because it was quiet - very thoughtful!

Review 45：Walls on cabins are paper thin, if you're a light sleeper be prepared to get woken early by outside activity. At one point I even thought a passer by was actually in my room!

Operator receptive to the fact that we were arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning for the snow - left keys out for us with clear instructions. After 3 days of nothing being changed we asked at the front desk & were given clean everything with no issues. Still had no idea what to do with the dirty ones & ended up putting it in the back of the van that cleaned cabins after they were vacated!
