Review 1：The room lacked coffee/tea making facilities. Did not like the split level of the room, for my wife who has problems with stairs.

Review 2：Very convenient for the cable lifts. The staff were not pushy and always helpful. The room was excellent with the balcony and views a bonus.

Review 3：- We weren't informed about Tatry Card - we noticed it fortunately but it was just by coincidence. I think it should be one the first information guests get after the arrival (even better - more visible information about it on the hotel website). Some members of the staff could do a better job (but most of them were friendly and competent) - Water in the pool could be warmer

Review 9：Very comfortable hotel, with an excellent location... The hotel seemed geared to families, and although we were two adult male friends, we enjoyed the very friendly and warm atmosphere.

Review 10：I really hope the reception staff is just for summer season... Before booking I called them and asked if they have a bigger parking spot free and if they can reserve it for us. They said "yes, no problem". Booked and called 30mins later to confirm about the parking. "Yes, no problem"... After 3 hours, when we arrived the parking was full. I did not got what I asked. (Had to park behind the hotel) When I asked about the promised parking spot, no answer was given. A simple "we can not offer this" would have been enough. I had to pay before. The reception ladies speak just a bit English. No German. No Russian. The wake up call at 9:00, that I did not asked, was great! Wifi does not work after 22:00. (Unable to connect) No good morning, hello, good bye from the reception. Its a great place in Tatranska, really nice hotel. But the reception is "a spoon of tar in a barrel of honey"

Review 11：I really liked the room and location of this hotel. A great place for vacation with children. The room (luxury) looks great and is suitable for a evening with friends and wine. I did not understood why its not a 4* hotel.

Review 12：The hotel facilities are very nice, clean and modern. Plenty of choices for breakfast, and the food was good. Wellness/pool/sauna are spacious and clean. Great location for access to town, restaurants and shops, and near hiking trails if you want some time in nature. I did not bring my children with me, but the hotel seemed perfectly suited to entertain kids - I'd bring them back sometime if I have the chance.

Review 13：the receptionist was really nice, she helped us with all, always with smile:) the hotel is really well situated, close to many attractions, turistic places and beautiful nature - all the reasons why you go to High Tatras.

Review 14：Food was poor quality. Little choice and very disappointing. Coffee at breakfast was the worse I ever had! Basically all the Food and Beverage facilities let the hotel down. Hotel is very busy with families. Noisy at the night time - you can hear babies crying throughout the night. Great for families but must he horror for any other guests.

Review 37：The hotel is concentrated more on families with kids therefore it was quite noisy from time to time for us. We didn't take half board as for the price of 15 euro there are plenty of good restaurant in 10 minutes walk distance to choose from. Sauna could be opened a little bit earlier.

Review 38：Walking distance from ski lift, clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast (there was plenty of variation to choose from), the room service was excellent - cleaning was so good you could eat from the floor.

Review 39：The reception ladies were unimformed, they were unable to give us information about buses in the area and when we asked them for some information, they always send us to infocenter. Also, they did not offer us TatraCard (discount card), which we shoud get for free, as we were imformed at the end aou our stay. And as we were leaving, there was a bill for some unpaid goods from the bar, which we did not purchased. The problem is, there is no hotel identity card (or sth like that) and you can order food/drink/etc. and bill it for any room you want and the stuff will not check, if it really is your room... Also the breakfast could be for at least from 7 to 9.30 am, the current timing is really not very guest-friendly...

Review 40：The room was nice and quite clean (at least the visible parts). Breakfast was tasty (except coffe), there was enough variety of food.

Review 41：The room was very small. The bed was unsafe. I banged my head a few times on the headboard and got a nasty cut on my leg that got infected after hitting the bed's sharp corner while walking by it. Reception staff was ignorant. When I asked about the local train schedule to Strbske Pleso, the reception clerk told me that there was only one train a day because it was off season and nobody goes there. In reality the train goes every hour and was absolutely packed. My girlfriend did not like the breakfast but I thought it was okay.

Review 42：View of Lomnicky stit from the room. The dining room looks nice although it was only open for breakfast and dinner was served in a cafe. The hotel is located in a pleasany park-like setting, although a little bit too far and uphill from train and bus stations.
