Review 1：Received a call to confirm our room number. When we got there, someone else asked for it so it was given to them. Attitude of staff... "we really don't care what you want or need. The rooms are all the same." Extremely noisy from rooms next door and under us. The tub did not drain.

Review 6：The room was very clean - I'm fussy and I checked it. We stayed at 6 different places in the state that were all excellent during our vacation and this was my favorite. Clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed.

Review 10：The price was exorbitant for what you got plus we had requested a downstairs room when we made our booking but were told on arrival that those were saved for elderly or disabled people .

Review 18：We were running a little late leaving Yellowstone and our check-in deadline was soon approaching. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and my wife must have talked with the motel person for over a half-hour getting tips on everything from restaurants to our trip. We felt just like family.

Review 22：Everything was as expected. Staff was very friendly and honest. Our 4-yr old daughter actually left our Ipad mini, wrapped cozy in one of the comforters. We left without it and with in 20 mins or so, we got a call from the hotel staff reminding what we had forgotten. We turned around and got it back. Not sure if I can expect to have this type of experience in many other big name hotels.
