Review 1：Only a small thing but would have liked to have seen Baileys on the all inclusive list but sadly it isn't.

Review 2：The staff are brilliant from the managers down they are all very polite and nothing is to much trouble. We are planning to go back again in the summer.

Review 3：There are cats everywhere, they are very cute but some might get annoyed.

Review 4：Very lovely hotel, amazing buffet with great variety of food and drinks, lovely spa and lots of free time activities (such as pool and table tennis). Also beach is right on the backyard and very cute. There is also live music and disco in the evenings :) The staff speaks very good German and Russian (and of course Turkish and English), which is helpful if you speak them as well. Hasan was very sweet waiter, he should get special thanks!

Review 5：Cats runing everywhere in the restaurants mainly and jump on our food. Discasting sweets without any cover and tons of flys stand on it. Completely not acceptable for hotel claim to be Five Stars resort. Hotel is extremely Corwded even in a low season in November with very small areas of service only one resturant and one tiny indoor swimming pool that serving 1000's of rooms. The worst is the rude staff u will have to deal with everyday! Plus the beach is full of hard stones without any sandy area so hard to walk on

Review 7：Guest relationships could not help with the problem: in the nearest room someone was smoking in the toilet from time to time and we had this smell in our room. Usually it was quite late and Guest relationships could not disturb these smokers. The funniest thing they asked me: "What can I propose?". Are you kidding me ? Transfer from airport for 5 people was perfect: the Mercedes bus with water and jack daniels included :) The way back it was a sleepy taxi driver or smth. I woke up him twice!!! The car was hardly alive Hyundai Starex without air conditioner and broken manual shift. It's a shame for a hotel like this to save a money on transfer when I paid for this service 140 usd both way!

Review 8：The rooms are clean, the furniture is very good, the bars and restaurants with staff are perfect. The beach is great, but they don't clean it after the storm. The sea water is unbelievable clear

Review 11：this is a very mediocre hotel - the pictures and description on the website is not reflective of reality. service level is not great, unprofessional staff with average people skills. loud music plays all day long - impossible to relax. rooms are not cleaned properly,never hooverd. fresh juice is not inclusive, but possible to purchase. only basic fruit available (apples, bananas, oranges). no real coffee, only vending machines style.

Review 13：Ac was not working on the first night, while the maintenance guy said this is normal. I had to talk to the duty manager who shifted me to another room in which it was working well

Review 17：The beach was being built, but didn't look much like a beach. The wine was cheap and gave me a splitting headache.

Review 19：Food was Ok--though a lot of choice, in the end not much to choose from for some of my family members who are more demanding in this area than I am. Beach is larger stones so in the summer time not sure what kind of beach leisure you may have. Otherwise everything very nice.

Review 20：Location was very good for our winter-break vacation. None of the hotels around us worked so it was quiet and nicely located next to a mountain and off the main road. We rented a car for the whole period at the Antalya airport and enjoyed half-day or one-day trips west and east of Kemer. So many interesting places to see and virtually no tourists this time of the year. The two-level room was very nice for a family of three. Good landscaping and general atmosphere at the hotel premises.

Review 23：there was a meeting held by TRT for the whole week we were there, security was very strict. they didn't allow my friend inside the hotel and they prevent her from dropping me in front of the hotel door. it has to be on the main road. they should've told us about the situation we we made the reservation. it was inconvenient to us

Review 46：First of all the recepcionist and the person who stands at the enterence of the hotel for security should be changed. Because all of them were rude. On the other hand, the meals weren't fresh. I have stayed 1 day at the hotel. The other day I had to be at the hospital because of being poisoned. Be careful for this issue.

Review 47：four of us travelled to the Akka Alinda for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday, the hotel was excellent in all respects but particularly the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff; nothing was too much trouble and they made the birthday very special
