Review 1：The hotel don't coordinate properly with Booking.com causing waste of time to the family! Checking in via temprary room due to late scheduled timing, but I don't mind regarding this point since it didn't get into my attention during reservation.

Review 2：The price is almost 5 star hotel price however, toilet got very bad smell. The room window was broken and they didn't changed it since long time which is very risky.

Review 3：The location in middle of the city, almost everything is available nearby specially we got a car and we just drive few mints to get whats so ever we want.

Review 8：The way we were treated by the staff. Rooms are falling apart and only 6month old hotel. So much damp in the room and ACs were malfunctoning.Cleaners dont know how to clean properly. The worst dining facilities Ihave ever come across. A promise from the management to change our roomto a better one and we have waited 4 weeks. We booked a stay for 2months @ 22,000sar!!!! Absolutely not valued as customers!!! Highlydisappointing!!!!!
