Review 1：Could have done with a few more saucepans/frying pan that sort of thing
Review 2：Really near ski lift, very helpful staff and s lovely comfortable apartment.
Review 3：We expirienced a nose from our neighbour guests and temporary minor problems with hot water supply but concerning water we understand that we deal with the highland region in this case. In most part everything is OK.
Review 4：Friendly and very helpful staff, cosy atmosfere and convenient apartment. Restorans and ski rental are really close, only within 5 minute working distance.
Review 5：Don't take me wrong, the place is very clean, but it could do with a good spring-cleaning. Everything was generally clean but the doors and kitchen cupboard were sticky and grubby around handles (they need a good scrub). Also, paint on the walls rubs off so easily, I leaned against the wall and my sleave was white.
Review 6：The place is wonderful, everything you need and only 10 - 15 minutes walk from ski lifts (even our 2 year old walked all the way). Our apartment was very spacious, clean and the view!!! The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind. The children play area is just fantastic. Lots of really nice places to eat are 5 minutes walk, including a supermarket. And a massive dryer for our ski stuff is a nice touch! Simply, everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely be back :-)

Review 10：The only problem We had was some problem with a fridge in our aprtment. The girl from the reception desk fixed it for a while but it stopped wokring again after few hours (althought We paid attention not to touch the swithc inside the fride as instructed ;))

Review 12：Sauna didn't work. At least they offer us a main sauna for few hours every day. No room cleaning during the stay. They should improve the apartment a little to get the maximum: washing machine, dishwasher, bigger TV (not computers monitor), coffee maker.
Review 13：Wifi was improved compared to two years ago, works fine around apartment. Otherwize basicly same nothing has changed. Nice place for visiting Vysoke Tatry in skiing seeson. 10-15 min walk to the skiresort.
Review 14：Wifi is very slow. Wooden floors are a little bit noisy but our apartment was above the playroom so we didnt bother no one under us.
Review 15：The location is perfect, close to the restaurants, shop. Ski track is 1km further but at the track there is a free big parking space so u can go there by car. There is a lift inside. Nice playroom for small children. Is very clean and warm. Staff is kind and helpfull. Reception is available Till 18.00 after that you can call them for emergency.

Review 17：A very spacious 3 room apartment, very bright. Was surprised how close to the train it was and Stare Mama Restaurant which was excellent. About a mile from the cable cars start point at Tatranska Lomnice. Breakfast was also very nice.

Review 59：The appartment was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Amazing sight of Vysoke Tatry from the balcony. Small kitchen was also very useful. It is about two or three minutes to get to any restaurant or shop. Ten minutes walking up to mountain elevators for skiing. Hospitable staff, good breakfasts and free sauna in the appartment for 8 people helped to enjoy our vacation too. WiFi was missing sometimes but id did not cuase any problems to us. We have enjoyed our staying at Villa Beatrice very much!
