Review 1：The outlet for the AC was burned, but they immediately moved us to another studio room. The new room's made-up bed had make-up marks on the pillow and on the sheets. The place was not clean, the corridors were stained, and the house-keeping staff hung out in groups outside rooms to chat with dirty trays and vacated rooms not being attended to.

Review 3：I had the worst admission ever at this facility.. I was received by one of the staff ( Mohd Sukkar ) who told me " We do not have vacant room. It is very hard for someone who travelled 1000km with family and young children to be received this way. I told him this is my booking reservation. If there is any problem with my reservation, then it is your responsibility and mistake. " Booking.com has caused us a lot of trouble," I am quoting him. Afer more than haff an hour of waiting, he told me that there is one vacant apartment. It is for sure one of the worst admission I have ever had. Such an attitude will certainly make me think twice before going to such a place ...

Review 27：we asked for a late check out till 18.00 and they refused , they want to charge full day after 15.00 , and they invoiced me with a different room number than the one i stayed in ... i wonder why . and they informed Booking that i did not stay at the hotel... something is weird with this place ... there no transparency... i sure not a fan of it .
