Review 1：I was disappointed that the restaurant was still closed after Christmas -on 12th January

Review 2：Loved the black and silver decor; especially appreciated the wing chairs with matching ottomans on which to rest my feet. Despite proximity to main road and railway, the room was quiet. My son appreciated the wifi. Also appreciated the large number of parking spaces from which to choose out the back.

Review 3：Room furnishings are lovely, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and huge tv. Everything new and very clean. Hotel carpark easy to access and plenty of spaces.

Review 4：Warm and friendly welcome by Reception. Hotel and bedroom were immaculate, good size bedroom and bathroom tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed and reading chair and good size flat screen tv.

Review 5：Being told after the booking was finalised that there would not be a restaurant available was a bit disappointing especially in holiday season.The barking dog throughout the night. Needing to wait for Reception even though we arrived well before the 8 pm notified time for close if reception.

Review 7：I was told by the security man that the restaurant wasn't open on the Sunday after Christmas, but it was. The email sent was confusing, re opening times of restaurant for breakfast. The front room was noisy early in the morning. I didn't like the decor of the large chairs in my room. Also the black cushions and strip over bed.

Review 13：Due to Xmas, even though restaurant closed and room service was available; there was a pub across the road. Loved the nice secured building. Could have stayed longer, but needed to get back home to Melbourne.

Review 15：The king bed was a real king bed with pillow top. Not two beds pushed together! It was 100 X more comfortable than normal "King" beds.

Review 20：Staff are not helpful. Booking.com messed us around and booked 4 rooms instead of the 2 we needed and the hotel made us pay for all 4. And booking.com never took the responsibility and admitted to the hotel the mistake they made.

Review 24：The restaurant lacks atmosphere and service was terrible. Over an hour for our meal to arrive apparently because there was a function in another room. No explanation from staff until we complained & no offer of bread or anything else to make the situation bearable.

Review 27：Location and relatively new establishment. Staff were friendly and efficient. Car parking was not a problem. Double glazed windows kept outside noise to a minimum.

Review 67：1. The sound proofing against customers and cleaning staff door closing is not good. We were woke early both mornings and at night generally by we presume people who were attending functions and staying over. 2. The first night the restaurant was closed due to a function which we did not find out about until we arrived. Luckily we arrived sufficiently early enough to make alternative plans. 3. There is no where separate for guest to have a quite drink. On the second night there was another function going on which then over ran the bar where they had entertainment which made us feel uncomfortable so we retired to our room. 4. Finally, although I appreciate you want to be energy conscious but having to remove the card and turn everything off even just to utilise the access doors nearest to your vehicle to unload and load is not good for guests. The corridor outside our room was cooler than the room every time we went back making the room uncomfortable until the air-conditioning had had chance to kick in. Surely there should be an economy setting to allow it to maintain the room at a comfortable level for the guests return.

Review 68：The staff at the International were very friendly and extremely helpful. They also went out of there way to search for a pair of sunglasses that we had misplaced, we found them in the car. Thank you team.

Review 69：Location on busy intersection made for less than brilliant access. Also, the constant traffic required that windows be kept closed denying access to fresh as opposed to conditioned air.

Review 71：The hotel is right next to a train line which was not disclosed prior to the booking, nor at the time of checking in. During our stay there were at least 4 trains that crossed during the night which was very disruptive. Also the wifi failed to connect from our room on level 2.

Curtains block out all the light which was great when it was time to sleep and the windows are double glazed which kept the noise of the main road out. Review 80：Thank you, We were dissapoined with our stay,We understood that our room was much bigger and overlooked the park, not the car park and railway line. There was a note in the room to check the windows, we did, but did not see they were opened 1/4 inch, therefore it was very noisy. If your staff leave the windows open, leave them open properly, not a tiny bit. There was no pen in the room for taking notes, we had to go to the car and find one. We had guests at the hotel for dinner, 3 meals were fine but the salmon was well overcooked and very dry. The waitress said they would cook another, we decided against that, and they offered us a desert, which was very kind and delicious. For the cost of the room we were expecting a little more value for money. We travel often, and have stayed at many motels and hotels, in particular the golden chain at Rutherglen. I suggest someone go and stay there, they may pick up some good tips. Thank you, S. Hugget

I had called to let the hotel know I wouldn't be arriving until that time and asked if there was anywhere local that served food at that time of night. Review 113：The bed was so comfortable. Loved the idea of room service and a buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The room was very beautiful. I thought the location of the hotel would provide a noisy experience. But I found it to be the quietest experience I have had.

The breakfast bay maries were too high to lift up completely and with so much steam it made it very difficult to put any food on your plate as there was no room to put the plate down

Spaghetti bolognaise was over minced to almost dry purée , tasteless and very very small serving for the price. Very disappointing . Had to go across to pub to get a decent tasty meal!

Review 130：Not a bad experience, but the room could do with a full length mirror and a table with chairs to eat at, if you order room service or have breakfast delivered there is only a desk and 1 chair that can be used for eating, when you have a couple stay a table with 2 chairs would be great. The shower was a little disappointing as you have to move around to get wet. This motel is also very hard to access, as the entry is inaccessible from both side of the road, you have to do a U-turn at the lights and come back to it, or know your way around some of the back roads in Wagga.

Review 131：The staff were helpful and very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, being on the back of the motel close to the railway line I had some reservations about noise, but was very happy as the room was quiet and we were not woken by the XPT that passes thru at around 2 - 2.30am and other trains during the night. Overall the stay was very nice and would stay again.

Review 132：Unfortunately the pub across the road had live 'music' until midnight. Unable to block this out despite windows and drapes closed
