Review 1：You will hear voices in the gangway because of poor isolation. But there only two rooms and it did not bother me much.
Review 2：Large room with high ceilling, quite, no trafic noise, very close to walking streets. Comfortable bed. Harry is a very friendly host.
Review 3：Potentially noisy due to wooden floors and doors (sounds from neighbours / corridor), but that's not likely to cause much inconvenience as this B&B has only 2 rooms so it's never very busy.
Review 4：Excellent shower with plenty of hot water:-) Breakfast is inexpensive, value for money and recommend. Nice host. Extremely clean. I actually searched for dirty spots but I could not find any (room+bathroom). The cleanest B&B I have ever seen! Close to Venlo train station (15min walk; quite easy to find).

The host welcomed me personaly as I arrived and made sure that I was looked after with respect to all the needed info.
