Review 1：A little bit far way from airport of antalya (1 hour or more in taxi ,wich can cost from 250 to 300 TL).

Review 2：They upgraded our junior suite room with no extra charge to a family suite so we had a large double room (55 sqm) with sea and pool view :).They had a basquet of fruits and a frigobar with soft drinks and beer for free. Enough towels and blanquets.Very clean and not noisy (maybe in summer could be a little noisy because its near the bar and swiming pool). Very good service at reception and restaurants ,bar and coffee . Make a space to go to the spa ! and try thai massage !

Review 3：All the rooms and corridors of all the floors but the ground one have carpets. And they have a not so pleasant smell. I could feel it when I entered the room, but stopped after some time, but my mother felt it all the time. It didn't cause any health troubles, but the carpets should definitely go, especially in the summer. The fruites variety was mainly apples, oranges, grapefruites, strawberry (for several days), apricots (not very ripe), mushmulla. No melon or water mellon, cherries - I was told it was not the right season, but I saw at least cherries and water melon in the market, maybe they were not cheap enogh yet... (we stayed in the end of May-beginning of June) The staff is helpfull, but I can't say "they are happy to help". I could name only two or three, who were really friendly and smiling. Others were indifferent at best. Though nobody was rude, of course.

Review 4：Location in a quiet, green place with birds singing on the sea beach. Many options of food, snacks, beverages all over the place throghout a day. Nice quality. Some interesting animation (Turkish night, Pirate dance, aerobics), though not always. The view from our room was beautifull. Grilled tomatoes and meat for dinner and supper. It is not luxurious, but comfortable, I would say.

Review 5：Very expensive for the quality of facilities/ services offered. Long check in process. Limited English skills by personnel. Rooms/ bathrooms very poor and not clean enough. Staff not enought friendly. Slow internet with additional/ extra charges. Fitness facilities very old. Locatin not good. Poor entertainment programs.

Review 10：Always in the room there were slippers. This tome not/ This time I only once asked to clean my room. And I was disappointed - they left dirty ashtray on its place and it was not clean. In fact they just changed towels and made my bed.

Review 12：The AC was working only 3+3 hours per day - morning and evening. As it was rather cool outside (it was a mid-December) I would prefer to have a possibility to switch our AC as much as I need it.

Review 13：Russian speaking team is excellent, the barmen in the main bar very friendly. Food was fairly good with an amazing selection of home-maid jams..Very rapid and polite room-service. Rather nice selection of TV programs. Perfect SPA center with experienced stuff and competent reception Natalya. Nice Balinese girls.. Will advise our friends for a relaxing week-end.

Review 14：- Location - it is not in Kemer. Located in small town çamyuva with not much to do there. About 40 Lira to Kemer by taxi.- Very old hotel built in 90's. Urgently needs renovations - old paint , old worn out furniture, old smell inside hotel. -Terrible food without taste. Could not find much to eat. The worst hamburgers I have ever eaten in my life at Dolphin Bar. Awfull sweets. - Old style small pools , look deceptively larger on pictures. Hotel is packed with lower and middle class Russians, who do not seem to expect much quality. Not enough pool lounge chairs for all. We could not find any free ones around pool. Everything is taken early in the morning. Then we went to the beach and could not find any spare lounges for a while. Eventually found two vacant ones and one turned out to be broken. - Beach is hard pebble. - Some staff members are rude.

Review 15：Terrible. We liked absolutely nothing here. Paid good money as for 5star and had valid expectations. However quality turned out to be a veryshabby old 3+ star hotel.

Review 16：1) Extremely poor staff... restaurants were dirty always, it was impossible to find clean tables (can send pictures if requested) 2) Hotel staff did not check-in my wife (she arrived earlier) for 30 mins and asked to wait till I come (it was confirmed by booking.com that the charge would be reflected to my credit card) 3) Hotel staff understaffed... you will see everywhere that you have to do everything by yourselves... I complained to the manager on-duty

Review 18：Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Animation team was respectful, they invite you to the activities but do not insist when you just want to lie lazily and do not want to participate in the games. The night shows were of better quality when compared to some similar holiday resorts' shows. The Brasilian Samba show and the russian circus show were impressive. Food was also nice.

Review 19：It was not a 5 star hotel ... They mix alcoholic drinks with water( cheep drinks )left over food was been served next day... Staff was rude and inexperience ... Air con was not good at all ... Power cut was keep happening ... Lights was off in corridors and other place to save money ... Doctor at the hotel was always out when needed ... Whole entertainment was absolutely rubbish ...towels was not been washed properly ...they would not change bed covers and etc unless you tell them... Hotel beach not sandy it was full of stones ... plus so many things that was wrong with it that I can not describe it absolutely rubbish

Review 20：My room was in a very poor state on arrival. The bathroom toilet had not been cleaned and the one of the bedsheets was old and stained. I felt that, while the hotel as a whole was physically appealing, the rooms are looking a little worn and in need of a good makeover. My room didn't feel 5 star quality at all.

Review 22：The resort is not excatly in Kemer. It is located 5 Km south of Kemer inanother place called Camyuva. I stayed in one of Lara's resorts & Iwould recommend going to hotels in Lara beach next time or to Kemeritself where the nightlife rocks.

Review 24：when my boy friend has a birthday we contacted with guest relation service to ask about some compliment from the hotel (we also asked it before in our reservation list) but unfortunately we hadn't got any compliment from that service, that wasn't very nice really, because we didn't ask even for the birthday cake just for easy simple things like fruits and bottle of wine? it was the main disappointment about this hotel
