Review 1：- The ac can not be turned off and the temperature can not be modified- treatment of the front desk is impolite - noise of youth football team members staying in the same property - our booking was not registered even we got a confirmation via Booking or the staff didn't know their job

Review 3：When I arrived to the hotel after 6 hours drive. The receptionist told me we don't have a reservation under your name, and the room I booked is not available. He wanted to down grade me for the same price. After I insisted he gave me an upgrade until next day the duty mgr upgraded me for the full duration w/o extra.

Review 24：We used this hotel in Hofuf on our way from Riyadh to the UAE border. It is easy to find when coming into Hofuf from Riyadh it's off the "Riyad Road" and is convenient when leaving to reach to the Qatar / UAE road. We had earlier used the hotel in 2012 for the same reason.

Review 25：If you get a room next to the street, it will be loud all night. Saudi hotel which means Saudi citizens which often means loud discussions late at night.

Review 29：The lock of the room was broken on purpose from the management. So Impposible to lock the room from inside. Bathroom was small and less quality than any other hotel I have stayed in.

We couldn't locate a sizable grocery store near by, but there is a McDonalds within a block (+/-?) Overall on a scale of 1-5 I would give them a 4 out of 5.

Review 34：The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the price very reasonable, the breakfast buffet was both filling, diverse and tasty. The public area is also well appointed, clean and well run. The Kitchenette is very handy for cooking small meals, they even provide some dinner ware.
