Review 1：Slightly out of the way, which might be good or bad, depends on how you look at it

Review 3：First booked studio, upgraded at it had smell from water system and ants, I suppose the higher floor the better. Nothing much around.

Review 4：Great pool and gym. Almost great location, if you have car or you like to walk a lot :) Have free transfers to Chaweng beach. Had 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenete and laundry machine.

Review 11：Its a bit isolated from the busier areas in Koh Samui. Few resteraunts within 10min walking distance. No microwave or oven so can only fry or boil etc. Wifi signal was intermittent.

Review 12：Has good facilities (swimming pool, gym, snooker table, tennis courts, mini basketball court). The resteraunt on site is reasonably good though I did find a fly once in my pad thai (I ordered from there maybe 10-20 times so it appears a one off). The supermarket next door is extremely useful for getting cereal etc. I'd say great value for money but this maybe compared to Bangkok prices. Its also 15min from Nar Ton Pier (I think this) so easy to get too.

Review 13：1) SUPER DUPER disappointed with the hotel staff, where I have requested to pay through cash and informed them of my late check in 12 days before actual date. However, they still charged through my credit card which causes me a lot of inconvenience. 2) Hotel staff was rude and very defensive initially when we try to polity reason with them. At the end, they apologies once they knew and understand that it was their fault and offered to cancel the credit card transaction. 3) Dear booking.com, please do something about it and kindly inform their staff not to do things blindly because different customer have different needs and situation.

Review 15：Wifi made me want to neck myself at times... Is the worst I have ever encountered. People have better things to do than spend all day logging in and out preying for just five mins online....

Review 19：I had to be moved twice because there were bugs in each room. Refused to give me a refund. Bed sheets had stains on them. Shower drain didn't work. Nasty smell from sink. Workers didn't change sheets, only made the bed. No hair dryer. Nothing near the hotel except for a family mart. 20 minute walk from fisherman's village.

Review 21：There were building works going on next to our building, they work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week so no chance of a quiet lie in. The free kayaks advertised are non existent (as far as we could tell after being sent on a goose chase around the hotel) the beach is small and dirty and extra services at the hotel are very expensive, like taxi to other parts of the island or laundry. There is a hostel (2W) 100m from the hotel with self service washing machines.

Review 22：Fantastic facilities; pool, gym, tennis courts and free shuttle to Cheweng. The staff were nice but didn't speak much English. The room was cleaned most days when we put the signs out. The rate we paid was excellent (£17 a night) for the room; 2 electric hobs, utensils and big fridge. Large bathroom with separate shower. Family mart and restaurant on site.

Review 23：Great location - close to Chawang, the airport, north coast with private beaches. Friendly, well (english) spoken service staff. Organised scooter and other required services. Pool bar stayed open serving me and my friend beers until 11pm Good all round experience!

Review 24：Rooms don't get cleaned. The staff at the front is very rude and not helpful whatsoever. The wifi barely works. We now stay at the same area but we rent from an owner and it's great.

Review 27：Wifi problems in both rooms we had (I'm unsure if ANY rooms actually have proper working wifi inside). We had foul sewage smell in first room (the sinks don't have ubends under them so u risk a sewage effluent smell). They moved us...after a night. Not all rooms have any privacy between bathroom and kitchen, so people in kitchen can easily see you through full-length clear glass doors on the toilet. Not a problem for us, but I imagine not everyone will be comfortable with this.

Review 28：The swimming pool is huge For the price i felt it was good value It is only just over the road (albeit a VERY busy road) from a beach...and its easy to hire a scooter nearby to get to better beaches.

Review 50：The place is still having some startup problems. It's new. Some electrical issues with lights, and the wifi will probably not reach you in bed or far into your room, and you have to keep logging in to the wifi. I hope they get that fixed. But overall, we were happy to have stayed here.

Review 51：I liked so much here. We got lucky - there were electrical problems in our room so we got bumped up to a bigger room that made the stay great. The pool here is so nice, day and night. Good gym, tennis court, and very safe and secure here - you have to use key card for vehicles to get in and out.

Review 52：There was a foul smell coming from the sink. No privacy in the bathroom-it had a clear glass door! Wifi kicked you off every hour and you had to re log in. But it was good once you were logged on. Super annoying!! The walk to fishermans village (closest attraction) was a little sketch at night walking along the busy road. No pool towels. Loud hallway.

Review 54：The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere. You need a scooter or car to get almost anywhere. You can walk to Fisherman and Bangrak in daylight, but after dark its not safe to walk as there are no sidewalks and lots of traffic. Sometimes there are songtaws, but its very erratic. There are always taxis, but they are superexpensive. Its better to ask for the Replay "taxi" as this is cheaper. If you are travelling alone its not a place to meet other solo travellers, as most guests are families or couples.

Review 55：The pool is clean and big. The room is modern with a comfortable bed (no mosquito net tho). Staff is very friendly and even tho its a big complex it has a calm and quiet atmosphere. (Apart from some building noise as they are still working on finishing the place...it didnt bother me so much tho).

Review 56：The reception did not look good, the women behind it did not give a welcome feel. The apartment did not look as the pictures but the main point was that it was dirty, dusty and there was no towels and old socks and trouaers on the balcony. We decided to leave this facility we booked for 3 days. Cannot recommend this hotel at any point.

Review 58：The staff was not so helpfull, you had to ask them three times before they helped you and sometimes they ignored you. They was not so friendly. It was a disgusting smell from the sink, the houskeeping tried to fix it but the smell came back again next day. The wifi did not work at all in our room!! We would not come back to this hotel!

Location is quiet for people that don't want party every night. Every tour close enough to pick up in morning from hotel and even bring to port other side of island. Pool, sauna, steamroom just excellant. Very good English services. Lots of extra activities to do,Tennis, basketball, and kayaking. I would highly recommend this place for travellers.

Review 61：- There is a small issue with the wifi , not working at its best. This is true , but I am sure this is a minor disadvantage comparing to everything else, plus they promised they are going to fix it soon.

Review 62：- Brand new condominiums, not rooms, with a lot of comforts as fully working kitchenettes, two flat TVs, very good quality beds, nice decoration etc - One of the biggest pools I have ever seen, clean and not busy at all. Nice area around the pool with tennis and basket ball terrain, decent gym, free sauna and hammam. - Best stuff ever, always with a smile and a genuine interest to help. Especially Mr Salinee, the manager is doing his best , so that everyone is satisfied - Very good location, away from the busy touristic places like Chaweng and Lamai, but near to more upscale spots like fisherman's village. We found the best calm and swimmable beaches of the island 5 mins from the Replay and with less people around. Its true that you need a scooter or a car to go around but this can be easily arranged by the hotel - The price. We had a very good prepaid deal for all those comforts
