Review 1：Big spread if you look at the menus, but if you are serve the same thing for 7 days it gets old. Also food get recycled, not always to fresh. And re-use in different meals. Today cold meat, tomorrow same stuff in a stew.

Review 3：the hotel is going to be closed regarding to season, and they demontage the beach facilities, also the animation had already gone. Snack bar is very amateur, not satisfied at all in the night activities.

Review 5：There was an employee (the oldest one) on the counter who behaved really bad and unpleasant. There were disappointing moments during checking in and later stay. E.g. he inserted his palm in my wallet (literally :) ). I was a bit shocked facing his culture level. There are also dirty plates sometimes.

Review 6：Not so many Moskovians (russians) in the hotel or at least we got luck in October. Turkey is a disaster because of Moskovians sometimes. So, it was ok. The sea is marvelous and we amused rafting and quads a lot.

Review 7：The cleaners did not clean, one you are in the room. With check in everything was spotless. We stayed for 8 nights. The bathroom, eg shower and bath were never washed while we were there. Bed was made, towels replaced and room sweeped. Glasses were washed and tried with towels. Not so hygienic. I was in the room and saw wat she did. Also could not communicate with staff. Very pool or no English.

Review 12：The Hotel kitchen war really perfect. The Stuff was really hardworking, there was no insufficiency of the food in the lunchroom at any time. Service and Stuff was great. The problem with our room with the sea view was solved fast without any problems at reception. It was proof that the employees are really looking for solutions not for excuses. It was really really great stay... I can only recommend.

Review 13：I did not like the pricing difference between the short period of time and also it is not fair to see that there is a room on booking.com and "no room" when you ask on the phone to hotel staff.

Review 14：I like the staff's happy face and hospitality. I like the clean environment that is kept within the hotel. The animation team is so much fun for the little kids and for the adults. not too much pressure.

Review 15：This is not a five star hotel, staff not helpful, reception speaksmainly Turkish and food infested by flies the entire time. As an'super all-in' that was costed accordingly it was rathersurprising that we had to pay extra for some drinks. Overalldisappointed.

Review 16：The entertainment for young people is not good. It seems like this hotel is kinda for families, not for young people looking for party party party... When the time gets close to 12pm, DJ deliberately sets bad music so that people should go to their room to sleep. After 12pm basicly at disco used to be between 5 and 10 people. In addition, there are almost no european, but a lot of turkish and russian tourists.

Review 37：Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. A lot of noise from the lobby area until 1am each night. Dividing walls seem paper thin.

Review 39：The floor in my room was dirty the whole week. So was the mirror in thebathroom. The salads in the bar were mainly made of pasta. The wasconstant lack of real meat. The animation was poor except for the zumbateacher. Srong drinks in the bar are simply undrinkable. The gala night,the main entertainement of the week, was boring and rather stupid. Themusic on the beach was vulgar. No water entrance.

Review 40：The pool was quite nice, so was the beach, though the pebble on it israther disturbing. The water in the sea is clean and you won't behungry in this hotel. Zumba teacher is super-cool!

Review 41：Во первых этот отель не тянет на 5 звезд. Бесплатный интернет только в лобби и причем ужасно медленный. Анимация очень скудная. Мы с друзьями ночью устроили вечеринку возле бассейна, на что охрана попросила нас уйти. Кстати ворота на берег закрываются на ночь, что весьма нас огорчило. охрана совсем обленилась и пресекает все попытки веселого отдыха. отель умирает уже в час ночи и похож больше на дом престарелых чем на отель для активного отдыха. На еду жаловаться не будем, потому что все было нормально, а вот выпивка - пойло разбадяженное...все равно что пьешь воду, только хочется в туалет, и ничего больше! Ни в коем случае не выбирайте этот отель если не хотите пожалеть! Система кондиционирования не работает совсем, каждое утро просыпаешь в поту... приходилось оставлять двери на балкон открытыми, отчего становилось еще хуже так как через открытую дверь доносились звуки тусовок из других отелей! В следующем году мы ни за что не остановимся в этом отеле - не покупайтесь на пять звезд - отель максимум тянет на 3!

Review 43：ıt was 32 C and A/C wasn't working. Couldn't open window due to very late hours of nıght club's thechno musıc close by. It took 2 days to find a room wıth A/C working. Very noısy place due to Russıan client. Not a place if you are looking to relax and restfull vacation. 5 star hotel wıth no A/C ! I don't think so. 3 Star maybe.
