Review 2：The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were serviced to a very high standard, the food excellent and the functions put on for the festivities were excellent.

Review 3：The room. We booked for a deluxe roomwith sea view and were given a standard room with poor facilities instead with very little view of anything! Bed made noise and tv was broken. Complained to general manager who told us they had ran out of deluxe rooms which was a lie as the hotel was practically empty of tourists. We were highly dissapointed and would not be coming back to this hotel again. Nothing is what they show on the website.

Review 6：We didn't experience any of the negatives that previous reviewers had. All staff, from gate entrance, reception, cleaning, dining room were friendly and helpful. Food was good with plenty of variety. WiFi was a bit weak in our room but still usable. We loved this place and would stay again

Review 7：One of the gate operators was rude and not welcoming. He should be trained to handle guests better. Furniture is not bad but could be much better.

Review 8：Everything in this hotel is just amazing. We were given a ground level room on the pool. The view was awesome. Entertainment is excellent. People are friendly and excellent in everything they do. Food was good.

Review 13：Outdated room with degrading bathroom. The beds are pretty hard. Overall the hotel shows sings of aging and could do with a renovation. Wifi is only available in the main lobby but the connection was good. There is little to nothing interesting in the near area. Overall, this is a mass tourisme oriented hotel offering little to make it stand out from the other hotels in this tourist zone.

Review 14：The hotel is very spacious with an amazing lobby. All inclusive service means you don't have to worry about drinks, food, etc all day long. The staff was friendly, even during the low season. The food buffets offer lots of choice and serve fresh food, but the taste doesn't really stand out and I can imagine it can become a bit dull after a couple of days. The room was spacious and clean, but outdated. The separate toilet is a real plus in my opinion.

Review 15：Our room was not cleaned thoroughly. The day we arrived, we had ketchup and mayonnaise on our table, and it looked like It had been there for days. Our floor was also sticky. Disappointed I the food choices also.

Review 39：The food was very predicable! Every meal basically the same. Poor coffee except at the bar. Very isolated location: nothing nearby. The internet was quite poor and was only accessible in the lobby, not even in the dining room area. The pillows needed replacing: very lumpy!

Review 47：reception was understaffed and unhelpful. They got the money and gave the keys without telling us where the room was or that we actually had dinner included. The room was objectively poor furnished, ugly (window didnt close, broken tiles in the toilet) and smelled of fresh paint. I wouldnt mind all of this but for this price i expected MUCH better! The hotel is best enjoyed if you like "village" like holidays, definitely felt like the battery farming of holiday to us...
