Review 1：A wonderful stay at the foot of the tatry's, the location is wonderful, the traditional Slovak food absolutely delicious, the service excellent. No complaints whatsoever. they were very accommodating when we fell sick and had to shorten our stay. Thank you can't wait to come back

Review 14：Daily basic cleaning (at least the floor in the living room of the apartment) would have been great. However, as we only stayed 3 nights, we could cope without it. A kettle would be nice as well.

Restaurant/bar closes too early. Breakfast sauages or eggs were not filler up for all guests after the containers were empty. Not all lamps working. The window was not tight. The staff could be more friendly, the guest would have felt more welcome.

Please note that parking is not possible on site. You can park your car in Starý Smokovec. From there, you can take a funicular to Mountain Hotel Bilíkova Chata. It runs every 30 minutes between 7:30 and 19:00 in the seasonal months. In the off-season, it runs between 8:30 and 17:00.Please note that breakfast is served every day between 7:00-9:30.
