Review 1：The place attracts construction workers & "longer stay transients". Pretty sketchy. Deadbolts on doors (we had 2 rooms) were difficult to secure.The toilet had flooded the bathroom prior to our check-in, management moved next door with usgrade & we noticed the room was rented shortly afterwards to anthr guest, never saw a repairman go in to repair toilet. There was a live roach in the bathroom. Inconvenient place to walk dog because hotel managers are growing vegetables on lawn, which is great but doesn't benefit guests. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins & cereal, which was probably best since I don't think I would have trusted cooked food from this place. On a positive note, the AC worked great.

Review 2：The photos & reviews we saw online were very misleading. Check Google Earth if you really want to see. There were several issues, mainly the cost was not a savings for what we found compared to LaQuinta

Review 3：Only one non-sugared cereal choice for complimentary breakfast, plus only one AM juice choice. Only lot entrance, past office, was always half blocked by same parked car.

The place is run by people fromIndia - their living standards are well below America's livingstandards (I know, as I've trained in Bangalore) where they live intents and bathe in the rivers with cows ---I'm not kidding, urinateon the side of the streets. Etc etc. so... You can imagine what it'slike to stay here.... I stayed in a "non-smoking" room but thesmokers stay on the 2nd floor - trash and cigarette butts thrown off topfloor daily. People rumaging through dumpster each day, loud music onporches each night. Most of furniture and carpeting damaged, spiders inroom - you don't want to stay here!

Review 7：When I arrived, the clerk informed me I had cancelled one of my 2 rooms, which I had not. While it ended up not mattering because they had another, he argued with me insisting it could not have been their mistake, rude. Bathtub has a slick smooth inner surface, and the drains were poor in both rooms, made them slippery and dangerous. The pool was unusable, green and disgusting, possibly shut down for the year but on Sept. 19th in Tennessee that doesn't seem reasonable to me.

Review 8：The rooms are larger than a typical hotel room. We travel for business, and I have a huge printer that needs to come into the room at night to work, and this extra room really helped. The rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, bedding was decent and the beds comfortable.

Review 9：Calld late at night to ask about reservation when I had already checked in. Bathroom was old and needed repair.

Review 14：Clean room and smelled good. The beds were comfortable and clean and the coffee and refrigerator was very handy. The A/C worked. I personally liked it but one of my guests with me didn't. Loved the WiFi and being on a floor hotel.

Review 33：first room had something brown splattered on the bathroom door. The staff gave us a different room which was acceptable. However, the bathroom grout had black areas in numerous places.
