Review 1：Water supply interrupted many times on the second day of stay, which made me very upset and ghe csr parking is very small

Review 2：I have to like that hotel because that is the only hotel available that terminal area.

Review 3：The bathroom didn't have warm water and the fridge was empty from anything and no sweets in the minibar only coffee and tea.

Review 11：Limited parking space and they wouldn't let you park until you check in and show them your room number. I think this is bad behavior and the management should tell there people that they can park there cars first and check in then they can inform them with the room number.

Review 12：No enough parking and no easy access. wifi coverage is bad. noisy wedding hall on top of my room on the 7th floor. Lights stopped working and called maintenance and nobody showed up.quality of breakfast is not worth the money paid for.

Review 99：Very friendly and helpful staff seems to anticipate your needs. Good restaurant with wide selection menu and good buffet. Location is very handy on north side of Al Ahsa on Dharhan Rd. with quick city exit to Shedgum and Abqaiq. Jr. Suites are very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Vegetables seems to be cut one or more day before, it is not fresh. - electric kettle in kitchenette was full of rust. - cannot use the electric kettle on the kitchenette because of different power connector, had to move it to the sitting room. - helpful staff but I had to call the room service twice to get the kettle replaced and to get assistance for power connectors. - I booked a smoking room, but I didn't get one - A basic receiver with only free to air station is available, no subscription to paid sports or movie channels

Review 123：I did not like the staff hospitality. They had to change my room twice.Several problems in the room needed the maintenance to come to my roomand fix the wash room. I phoned the receptionist to not bother me in theroom but they came to my room and bothered me during my stay. Do notwaste your money there.

Review 124：The hotel says it has wireless and as I was on a business trip that is the reason I chose this hotel. However, there was no wireless in my room and the 5th floor and when I rang reception I was told that someone would come 'and fix it'. However, no one came so I rang reception again and the receptionist told me very curtly that 'the man is coming!'. After 2 more hours nothing had happened so I called reception again and spoke to another person who basically told me that there was no wireless in my room, but 'if it's an emergency you can sit in reception'. At this point I gave up and checked out immediately. Terrible.

Review 126：Confusing power supply, both 115 and 230 Volt. US travellers take care ....115 Volt appliances WILL fit to their 230 Volt pwr sockets. Your shaver will run REALLY fast ...and hot. TV did not work.

Review 129：The Suite that they have was not a good choice. I prefer a double orsingle room with a good King size bed or two queen beds. The parking atthe garage was not enough for the guest’s cars because it was full withthe employee cars and I have to park out side at the street and theguard refused to let me park in front of the main gate!!!! That isreally unacceptable.
