Review 1：Went bowling at Zlote Arkady, and didn't get that great a score. Not the hotel's fault...just had to tell someone.

Review 2：I always stay here because of the people who work at the hotel. Excellent staff. Close to both the central bus and train stations, as well. I will definitely return.

Review 3：Our non-smoking room smelled horribly of smoke. Not like somebody had smoked in there once or twice, but like a chain smoker lived there. All the linens and towels smelled badly of smoke. I have rarely stayed in smoking-rooms that smelled so strongly. Also, the room was above a bowling alley.

Review 4：Our suite was very well appointed and had a 5 star look and feel with nice decorations and a great bed.

Review 5：The hotel is also a venue for conferences, and there was one going on with an all night disco right beneath our room. You get the picture!

Review 6：We liked the friendly people, the breakfast buffet, and comfortable enough rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant, set in a ballroom, and were the only people being served. It felt odd, we felt a bit special, and the food was pretty good.

Review 7：Unfortunately i had some Russian young guys as neighbour and they were a bit loud... on the balcony. But the hotel was perfect.

Review 8：Location was pretty good, bar was open till late in the night and it was just 10 minutes walking to the city centre.

Review 9：The air conditioning didn't work very well but that may have been my own error in operation and I never reported it to a staff member!

Review 10：Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful! After looking at the menu I asked, jokingly, why no pickle soup? And they responded, if you want pickle soup then we will make it as the soup for the day. They did and it was great!!! All the good was excellent!!!!

Review 13：sleeping in a block next door to hotel after booking a hotel room, not being able to use the restaurant as when there is a function on the dining room becomes unavailable which for us was on 3 of our 4 night stay. asking to speak to the manager to be told they were unavailable everytime as we did want to question why our bill had increased by 200 zlote. This hotel only seems interested in pleasing the guests that attend for wedding functions. we were made to feel like second class citizens for being just an every day guest. I wouldn't recommend stopping here for anything other than attending a function. I would say use the restaurant though as the food was very good but that's only available if you want to eat it in bed if there is a function on. Personally I don't fancy a 3 course dinner in bed when im on holiday. I would like to think that on reading my review the hotel manager if they have one may contact me with an explanation heres hoping!!!!!

Review 18：For those who wrote bad reviews:this is a very small city. What do you expected:marble columns and jacuzzi? The personal is good and English speaking, the breakfast is very good for its price, the rooms are clean.

Review 19：I left the comment on the booking that i will be staying with the baby, however i was located in the building without the lift which was a bit problematic and i had to relay on the help of the staff. Staff was very helpful but this was not really guest friendly in my opinion. So please make sure you ask if you are going to have a room in the building without the lift if you need to. Overall happy with the hotel but this was one point to be mentioned.
